Up for sale is my 1999 ER34 Skyline GT-T , Imported in 2007 I have been the only owner of this vehicle in Australia. This car has been my daily driver for the last 11 years and has served me very well, its reliability so far has been A1.

The car currently has 242,XXX genuine kilometres on it. I have looked after this car as if it was my own child, with no expense spared on maintenance to ensure a reliable car. Engine oil is changed every 5000K, with fluids and other consumables changed at regular intervals, and of course always run on 98. I had always intended to keep this car forever, but life’s circumstances have forced me to change direction. This vehicle has never been raced, thrashed, tracked or abused. -  as hard as that might be to believe, I’m quite often ridiculed for my ‘grandma’ attitude towards driving J

I won’t claim that this car is ‘Mint’ but I consider it to be in very good condition. There are obviously a few imperfections that come with owning a 20 year old car. I’m more than happy to point the not so obvious ones out on any inspections and give a more in depth explanation of its history for buyers with genuine interest.

I have all receipts for parts purchased and work undertaken throughout its lifetime. I have the Auction sheet and all export paperwork.

In addition I also will be offering  with the car sale all the stock parts that have come off the car for example;  clutch fan, Underbody Splash guard, stock ECU, NEO Engine cover, 4 x stock 17’” rims, stock AFM, and various replacements clips and bolts I’ve acquired over time

Please only contact if you are genuinely interested in buying, I don’t have the time (or patience) to deal with low ballers or tyre kickers.

If you require additional photos of particular aspects of the car, they can be given on request.

Thanks for reading!

242k km on it and in better shape than the majority of others with half the mileage. amazing

Because they probably have twice the mileage ?

I reckon it's funny there are still 20-25yo+ Jap cars getting around with under "100,000" on the clock

Mine still has only 7X,000 on it. (I think it's 75)

Hasn't had a single KM added to it in 9 years :)

Mine has 98K....I've owned it for over 15 years.  I only drive it on trips, so not that often.  Its not a daily, I have a crappy 4wd that I use for that.  I also use my motorbike for lots of trips.

And the bloke that owned it before me put 1700km on it in 2 years [I have the import docs].  Its an April '98, he imported it in Jan 2000, with what we think is correct mileage at 38k, I bought it off him in Nov 2001.

In the total of 13 years I've only put 5,000 km on mine. Just none in the last 9 years Ha ha

Create a for sale thread for it :)

Why? I'm not advertising it forsale, but I am happy to sell it if someone wants to pay.

We're now having a nice friendly chat about skylines.

Just seen this thread.. my 99 r34 gtt - red - 2nd oz owner had it since 2005.. 96,000 on the clock. Just starting tracking it, been to sandown and Broadford. Never used as a daily bought it with 36,000 and drove it down from QLD. Best road trip with ma old man !SmartSelect_20190624-165323_Photos.thumb.jpeg.902100addfcf5082d5a0f973f39740a7.jpegreceived_2279016689018696.thumb.jpeg.67cdc78ea38ca8f76372766d78575eac.jpeg

    • I can get more photos of it here soon and I plan to make a thread detailing the process. I received the car this way and it sorely needs refinishing. That is probably the most appealing photo of it. Up close it is fading, cracked, and needs to be re-glued. Depending on their condition I'm on the fence between refinishing or making a new set.  Another angle hiding the pimples and razor pumps
    • According to this thread the RS4V with build plate RC40 comes with the R200 diff @ 4.083 ratio as well (mine has said RC40 denotation). We may need to check if the axle stubs are the same pattern as well. The auto subframes have longer axles. However I think yours being a later Series 2 as well, we should have the same bolt pattern for the diff stubs. Unless your upgraded rear also has upgraded axles. Either way, I would not be opposed to pulling the covers to check so I can inspect that  fancy rear core  Also I don't have HICAS. I don't believe that should change things but I hope the people here with heaps more experience than me can correct me if I'm wrong   Let me know if you want to attempt to make this work and I can get some pictures of mine from under the car.
    • It's not that straightforward. For example I have had this code because my ignitor/power transistor wires were unplugged. It knows something is wrong but has no idea what it means. If you want to actually diagnose this I recommend following the service manual flowchart for code 21. Ohm out the harness, coilpacks, inspect the ECU, etc. And again, it's entirely possible for there to be no problem at all but if you're running a different coilpack it'll trigger the code because it doesn't like what it sees.
    • If it (the code) wasn't still current, it should have gone away by itself by now. No, nothing it 10/10. But it is quite likely. Everything else to do with the ignition could still be responsible (which is wires and connectors). The car is an old piece of shit now, so all the wires and connectors are also old pieces of shit.
