Booked in at Craigs to get the transmission tuned to suit the new powahs.

From talking to a few different people, and the googles of course, not adjusting the transmission tune after power mods can be a sure-fire way to reduce transmission life.

As it only costs around $500 for the transmission retune it is a no brainer to have it tuned to suit.

Ah,  for the motorbike.

LOL, sorry, for the confusion

I have added all my vehicular Bogan news into this thread

The slammer kit drops the whole bike about 1.5" and firms up the suspension

Plus the OEM stuff is shite, this is "apparently" a little better

LOL...

Do you need an Asian to show you how to do a mad skid? I don't see the video of your skid in this thread 😂

Because posting random mad skids on the interwebs has never ended badly for said skidder.....

When I hit the drags I'll attempt to get one of the kids to take a vid

The transmission tune is all sorted

I think I want to put a gilmer rear drive on the back of the blower to make it even more whiney and annoying, speaking of annoying......

Funny story, I was waiting for the Mrs to pick up some takeaway, she overheard a couple outside the shop complaining to their friends about the noisy car in the carpark, she heard the friends say,"WTF, that thing sounds hot, not everyone wants a POS car like yours"

It's the little things that make you smile, and annoying people, I always smile when I annoy people

Sorry, no skid vids

You are upsetting many Australia blokes here.

Commo with blower = skids videos

This is the most un-Australian Commodore I know of 😂

Yep will get Pauline Hanson to pay a visit if you get any more un-Australian

Time will tell what cunning plans will ensue, probably somethong like the carbuilder deadener that is under it, just a bit thinner, maybe

In other news, car is awesomeballs

Car drives great in traffic and loves the Hwy

Drove to Braidwood today, averaged about 9.5l/100km with cruise locked at 100 and 110

Sedate city driving is less fuel friendly at about 16l/100km

Car is wicked fun and fast on the roll

Finally installed the new suspension on the bike, lowered the bike about 1.5" each end

The compliance/performance is so much better than the stock suspension, comparing the new stuff to the stock, front was like a sponge, and the rear was like a pogo stick

Yes I have lost some lean angle, but I really rarely scrapped the pegs before anyway, plus I don't really dive into corners because Harley

    • Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?
    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
