  1. But wouldn't you want to get the N1 instead? I guess they were much more rarer/expensive? Maybe the owner wanted their own choice of audio gear in the that car. * edit * Looking at a photo of an N1 interior, top is the MFD, then air vents, then climate controls, then blank, then the ciggarette lighter/tray.

  3. Probably a good idea to detune the engine so it doesn't grenade itself with the fuel they get over there. You can't really make the N/A go faster without spending big money, and then you'd be far better of with a turbo car to begin with. So look at weight reduction and suspension tuning+tyres.

  10. I don't think you need to drill anything, just bolt it on. Have a look through the brake section and there should be a thread or 3 about "n/a to turbo" with the 4pot brake installation.
  11. I have 10" +20 with 275/35 Hankook RS3 All guards rolled -2.5deg camber front -1.5deg camber rear Just fits haha. I want to go 285/30 as current tyres are a little stretched. but yes, for a street setup, non vapegram spec, 9" +20's is plenty
  12. Apparently engine still going in a HR31. I slapped an R34 turbo on it and drove for few months before my dad spun and wrote the car off. Car ran even better with the NEO6 turbo and got 9L/100km in traffic haha. Damn I miss that car.
  13. Unplug the AFM and see if it starts. Also search for these terms: AFM CAS coilpack
  14. If you don't understand how the HICAS works at a track day (i.e. how it responds to each corner and your inputs), you're going to have a fun time. I disconnected the controller in my car, so the rear end is a bit loose due to old bushes, but it's more predictable than the damn thing connected.

  17. Well I was being a dumb arse and left the bolts in the coil pack mount holes. The coilpack moved and a bolt 'slipped' straight down the spark plug hole. RB20 simply chewed it and spat it out, destroying the ceramic turbine wheel.

  21. Literally what I did with my R31 when it was auto. The fluid was old, would lock into 2nd (limp home mode). Was scared it was solenoids, but luckily fluid change fixed it. Permanent fix: manual conversion.
