  1. Are you sure your air flow meter is good? Any intake leaks?
  2. It'll be fine. Just don't be surprised if you get defected.
  3. Huh? Since when did Nissan bother to have variable mufflers in the 90's?
  4. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for about an hour? It should give enough time for the ECU to "clear" itself. Or perhaps the IACV is stuffed/clogged/whatever, and the ECU trimmed it to be fully open, but now that it's been reset it doesn't know to open it (I'm just guessing). https://www.justanswer.com/nissan/63g7y-idling-stop-light-2000-nissan-sentra-gxe-will-loose-rpms-try-stall-un.html Might have to head down to a workshop (e.g. Mycar, Midas, or even Lubemobile) that can scan your car.
  5. Noice
  6. You need to list a price
  7. Cool There's an Australian mob that made some as well https://jldesignfab.com/collections/cup-holders/products/r32-skyline-cup-holders
  8. I've been trying to find the fine for not having a working emissions equipment on your car in Vic, after downloading a bunch of PDFs, including a gazette (dafunk?), still no answer. BTW, I have a HKS Hi-Silent cat back on my R32 (standard/compliant cat), it's no where near quiet! It's probably 90dB when cold (not happy, damn HKS). Might be my old age, but why would you want a loud arse car for street? Annoy everyone? Get headaches? I guess if you drive it for a few kms a year it doesn't matter. tl;dr enjoy what you have, or get an X-force varex so you can control the [action]sound levels.
  9. * eats cold pizza for dinner * Try to search for this: coil packs, coilpacks, AFM, air flow meter, IACV, idle air control valve After you have done extensive researching, and your issue isn't fix, update this thread. If in doubt, replace engine with LS V8
  10. IIRC, the first time I saw a C35 was on an old HPI magazine DVD. The car was used for "street" drifting, had an RB26DETT and I believe 5 speed out of R33. So it's certainly doable, and being a 90's Nissan, shouldn't deviate too much from C34/R33/R34. Best of luck and let us know how it goes.
  11. * downloads workshop manual * 24 or continually on = ETS contol unit, ground or circuit Oh dear, sounds like a dodgy connection somewhere. Maybe take the Computer apart and check the plugs/solder joints (assuming you've done the other diagnosis steps).
  12. He said it put new plugs in.
  13. Bots are getting smarter
  14. All that money to make less power? (sucks in hot air from the engine bay)
  15. 100 mm caliper mount spacing (on the hub), yes.
  16. I was at the rally school in early November (Colo Heights). Quite scary to think of the bush fires. No real way of escaping apart from leaving the area early.
  17. You should start a thread in the "Projects' sub-forum. I'd be interested I'd like to see your DRL, I haven't added one to my car yet.
  18. Put "12V car double socket" into ebay and buy one.
  19. I meant compared to newer cars, with surface mounted diodes on printed circuit boards; a body control module controlling your interior lights, etc. Not sure why you're so aggressive, and have to boast about having multiple GT-Rs. Like I said, they're late 1980's cars, just crack (not literally) them open and have a look. I'd also throw in a headlight relay harness/wiring while you're at it, the standard circuit is shit.
  20. Replace engine+wiring loom, brakes.
  21. Late 1980's car man, not that complicated haha.
