  1. The best advice Anyone can give you is take it to a professional
  2. First thing I would do it drain the oil and see what it looks like.
  3. Replacements don’t have numbers 05U 24U or billets, factory fitted 24Us or 05Us have numbers
  4. There is already a unique number in each block, they all have an engine number
  5. The factory one will flow more then your turbo will
  6. And maybe a snow flake
  7. Are you using petrol or e85
  8. Can we get a face palm and grim reaper or zombie reactions for all these old posts that keep being brought back from the dead please
  9. Have you checked for play in the hinges?
  10. Make sure to throw a couple of extra clutches into the transfer
  11. Did you happen to change the plugs while doing the timing belt
  12. Don’t worry they’re still making it bloody easy
  13. That’s the right part number but that listing looks dodgey as f**k
  14. It’s probably the first for sale ad ever posted on the forum
  15. Yes they all bolt straight over
  16. Blow off valves are in, cooler is in, bumper support and cooler piping are on. Also put all the aircon lines in, the wiper motor and the fuse box back in
  17. You don’t need oil restrictors in garret turbos and the power figures and etc I quoted are from experience and not from reading stuff on the internet
  18. -7s are the r34 n1 turbos (and the nismo r1) they are direct bolt on and will make 500hp at the wheels with e85 and cams -9s are the same as hks gtss turbos are will bolt also bolt directly on and make the same power as the -7 (some believe with slightly better response) the -5 is slightly smaller then the hks 2530 and are a lot more laggy then the -7/-9s, they require different oil drains that are easily sourced which then makes them a bolt on turbo and can make more like 600hp at the wheels if the rest of the set up is done right
  19. They actually didn’t reproduce anything with the heritage scheme (scam), they took new old stock, changed the sticker and tripled the price
  20. I’ve also done the diode for the ac fan and compressor relays and it made the aircon so much more efficient. i had a mishimoto radiator, nismo thermostat, Nissan water pump and genuine fan and clutch. I was able to drive my car on a 40°+ day with the aircon going and the temperature gauge stayed solid at halfway
  21. Sorry the original poster was talking about trying to sell them if they were still in working order
  22. Anywhere that sells garret turbos
  23. No one’s going to buy second hand coolant hoses off a gtr, the effort/cost involved wouldn’t be worth risk putting second hand ones on and them failing
