  1. Ok I hope it all works out and gives you the result you're after
  2. Hi I have a set of Garrett -7s for sale in great working order, selling due to having gone bigger. Price is $1250ono located in western Sydney 0407 957 947
  3. Voodoo did his and they were a disaster and sold them for a lot less then it cost him in the first place
  4. I assume this is a gtst or gtt, if so just buy a turbo and fit it don't bother trying to make hybrids as they don't work
  5. I can just about put money on who will end up buying it
  6. About 350kw at the wheels with the factory head bolts, if you change them out for studs they will handle a lot more, I've seen over 450kw
  7. For the price of an xr6 turbo these days you'd just buy one of them and for under 5k on top have over 300kw or grab an f6 and be closer to 400
  8. Hopefully not getting charged for storage
  9. Would have helped these people, also turns out the driver had a high speed accident previously that killed his brother
  10. This is why we have race tracks with fire rescue and ambulances there at all times
  11. So I ended up getting one of the ard ones that I posted the link for and it works a treat ?
  12. The fact it was deregistered in 2013 with 86,000kms and now the auction sheet says it had 67,000kms says it's been wound back. But without the auction date it may have been from years before that although highly unlikely
  13. Didn't get photos of it installed before I refitted everything including the radiator and coolant then I rechecked the running voltage and I won't need to worry about it again
  14. Got a delivery the other day from Japan of corse and he first thing out of the box is an ard 150amp alternator, the original was only charging at 12.3v so with the extra load was only going to get worse
  15. If it's stock and you intend on keeping it that way then why don't you just use a stock one otherwise the options listed above are perfect
  16. Haven't heard anything negative about them
  17. The n1 pumps have a habit of breaking and could leave you right back where you started in the future the n1 water pump isn't the factory spec and has less fins on the impeller and under normal driving conditions can create over heating issues the factory rods are good for over 550hp at the wheels and I would be buying new pistons before I bought rods
  18. Don't use an n1 pump either get a nitto or a tomei one dont use the n1 water pump just use a new factory one as kiwi said if you're not changing the pistons don't worry about the rods new head bolts are a must cause the factory are single use only
  19. Also grabbed some braided lines and fitted them didnt get a photo before I put them on but you can see it there also fitted a brand new r33 gtr master cylinder and replaced all the brake fluid, turns out the plug for the fail light is different between 32 and 33 so will go to Nissan and see if they can supply a plug and pins set
  20. But this week I was a little more constructive first took the discs off and sent them out to be machined back from machining and got some upgraded pads to fit as welland all fitted
  21. Didn't update this last week cause all I did was the wire the vcam and flex sensor into the ecu, plug the wide band controller into the ecu and ran the wire to the boot to switch the second fuel pump
