Hey All, Looking for some OEM Automatic parts, generally these things go straight into the bin but I'm happen to pay a small fee for your troubles I'm after the following from a R33 or R34 Auto: Brake Pedal Flex Plate (automatic flywheel pretty much) Flex Plate bolts Torque converter -> flex plate bolts I don't need the torque converter or box, might take the gearbox mount if that's also no use to you. I'm located around Cabramatta, NSW 2166 but don't mind if the parts are posted to me either. Cheers, Dose Pipe

@CowsWithGuns do you happen to have your auto brake pedal, flex plate, flex plate bolts you want to sell for cheap to me instead of throwing into the recycling bin? -
Price difference brah, M340i is still dreaming territory in terms of coinage, RS4 is true drug dealer league lol

the M340i Wagon sure makes me horny, too bad we don't get it here Mrs Dose Pipe also says no to wagons, SUVs or a UTE(lolwtfbbq yes) only for a family car. I can get a wagon as a daily for myself though

I purposely made mine blend it and boring looking so it wouldn't stand out, last thing I want is attention. It's not even low, it's probably in the top 10% of the world's highest R33s LOL

I would go a boring run of the mill colour such as the one below. Don't need to wash it often, can get dirty and won't look dirty. Also would rock those stupid oversized Euro plates too to cover up the stupid front bar. However, the thought of a M340i is making me more horny. AWD, B58 platform, ZF box (ticking many boxes here)

Apparently "cast ain't fast" so yeah, no sponsorship for me, also I don't have a GT-R lol

On the contrary, running rich actually cools everything down. -
LOLOLOL... explains why I am not influencing very well or why I haven't made it on Motive DVD

open your eyes round eyes Follow the drain on the catch can, it connects to a ball valve that goes into the sump. Maybe I should have circle it before posting it lol

Oh yeah, nearly forgot, here's the catch can with a ball valve on the return to sump. Allows me to go between street mode (no return) to track mode (return to sump).

Shit box update, fabricator chipping away at small tasks before the powder coaters open up to take the subframe and all the bits and bobs. Since the splash guards had been deleted (wasnt my choice but pumped front guards, lipped, etc. there's no way to install the OEM splash guards) I wanted a way to protect the wiring from it being filed down by the tyre on full lock or full suspension travel. Work in progress, but you get the idea. Will have the guard prepped and powder coated black soon.

Going for 500+hp, need advice
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to The Skyline Guy's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
You would want thicker actually as a dead cold engine would have higher tolerances than a warm one. -
No one doing any dyno work?
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to khezz's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Follow Birrong Automotive, Alex has been posting up stuff of the top dollar GT-Rs he builds. Like others have said, most of us just waiting on trades or parts or powder coater etc. I myself am waiting on the powder coater, then mechanic to fit all new bushing. Then it's time to crank out some baby numbers (not worth mentioning since it's heaps less than 745kW). -

Haha well I would love a V8 SUV with twin turbos too, but those Mercs aren't cheap! -

Offt big V8 setup ran 12.8s, would be a fun race between your car and my wife's German POS SUV that has done a fluke 12.9s. -
18psi too high for stock intervals?
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to Rhyss_r33's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
No, I ran 1.65bar through the motor for 1.5 years before it exploded with a Hypergear ATR43SS2 turbo - and this is with track use. I suspect if it was for street use for going to Maccas carparks, car washes, etc. it would still be alive.
