So it's been a while and looking at the thread all the pics have been deleted unfortunately. So bout time for an update. Anyway, just drove the car for another 6 months or so while I saved for my first house so the car plans were put on the back burner. Finally got myself one and the plans started on the car again!! Bought a daily and parked the the 32. Initial plans were to pull motor, replace coolant & P/S lines, 100k service and not much else. Yep, lost all my smurfs blood out the back, doh!! Subframe was next. Thennnnn this happened. I didn't plan on taking it off, but I thought while its out, why not, lets have a look. All in all I was pretty happy, considering I think the motors done close to 200xxx kms. Next step was to start replacing gaskets and hoses. I've used all genuine Nissan hoses and gaskets bar the head bolts and head gaskets. I used Garage 7 and kudosmotorsport for everything. I have a JJR dump for the new Hypergeart as well. Have now bit the bullet and have decided to paint the whole car as well. Not before remove this cancer and replace the front window. Which im assuming has cracked due to the rust there? At the same time have started on sorting the rear end out. Plans for the next few weeks will be finish motor off, clamps etc. Subframe bushes, paint subf and then refit knuckles bearings, shafts and new rear suspension, i.e new camber arms, HICAS delete, etc.

Selling my VG30 turbo as I've gone to a hypergear. Has an r32 10psi actuator. As is, can come with cast dump pipe to suit. $250 ono

The clips that hold them in, how do you remove them? Do they just pop out or what? Feel like I'm about to wreck then if I pull too hard.

It's tucked right up under my front bar and couldn't really get an accurate measurement. It looked 3ish inches but wasn't sure.

Hi all, have had a quick search but with little to no luck. I'm just after the diameter of the inlet and outlet of the cooler core so I can grab some more silicone joiners before I head off and grab some more tomorrow. Cheers, Steve.

With over 200xxxkms 10w-40 is probably too thin anyway. Try 10w-60. My rb20's 250xxx still going strong on that oil.

You should have power at the old 12v feed for the pump. You might have another issue.

Got a brand new Hypergear SS1 turbo, originally for my RB20DET but im going to have to part ways with the car soon so no longer required. Bought it brandnew a few weeks ago including Braided oil feed line and adjustable actuator currently set at 14 psi. Just trying to recoupe some money. $1100 Neg. Alternatively may do swaps, i'm after R32 GTR bits inc; Front Bar Bonnet Latch assembly and just after a pair of 32 projector headlights and solid orange indicators. After r32 gtst front guards and front reo.

So been a while. Bought new solid orange indicators and another GTR front bar in better nick to be fitted up. This DEFI Din set to replace the 60mm gauges Got some new Splitfires, front mount cooler with custom piping (gone the 120 deg bend off the throttle body), slotted T2 DBA rotors QFM A1RM's, braided brake lines, GKTech tie rod ends. And this bad boy, Hypergear SS1 Actuator set at 14psi. Looks like i'm gunna take it into Decs at Garage7 for new dump pipe, remove GTR resistor pack, 610cc injectors, walbro e85 fuel pump and retune. Hoping for around 220-230rwkws.

Fuaark! Good save, unlucky, but like you said decent customer service. Hope for your sake after this everything runs smooth. I wanna see this beast out cruising!
