  3. Speaking of which. I keep seeing a white Lambo out the front of my work, Asian student gets out each time and goes into the student accomodation block across the road... lol. I see AMGs and all sorts of other thumping cars and sometimes with P plates on them It's seriously taking the piss @ reality.

  5. I'd be doing my own oil changes instantly. Issue is as stated, the timing of it. After hours say 6pm-10pm or weekends 8am-6pm would be ideal. Mon-Fri B/H too many are working and thus it wouldnt be a viable option. Also the issue of workcover, insurance and everything else i think would be such an arse ache it would pump the cost up too much. I mean an oil & pad change for instance won't take too long (couple hours). So $25/hr maybe? Gonna be hard to make any money even with half a dozen hoists @ that rate. There is also an issue of "what if something goes wrong" like you are changing manifold and snap studs, you can't just up and leave the premesis. You could end up waiting 2-3 days and all of a sudden its a $600 adventure where you could've just paid a workshop $600 to do it for you and you could be working for 3 days
  6. Well yes and no mate. For mild mods you should be totally fine... However it always pays to get the car onto a dyno, check AFR's & fuel pressure just to be sure it is indeed all A-OK. I mean it should be, but nothing is ever certain when dealing with 10yr+ old pumps. Often people change then just for piece of mind as Nismo pumps are only $300 or so

  9. I believe its quite close if not the same as the Nismo pump, given they have supported 380rwkw before. although its anyone's guess after 10 years as most people have fuel pump issues once you get to the '10 year' or so with any skyline.

  12. Hrm i might well be. I keep getting bloody confused as I've had too many sets over the years. Although i did sell Nismo 660's recently and fairly certain there was 4 I'll try see if i took pics of heads when i get home tonight. I took some pics, just can't remember what of exactly.

  18. Come again? They Red Bull said on Sat they knew they had wing issues. They were denying it but the guy they interviewed on the TV CLEARLY was not admitting to what an obvious issue with one or both cars. They were saying it was "drivers hitting ripples", but come on, they all do. So I think there is more too it. Its only round one, i think with a few more races things will alter. Perhaps not in the RBR favour either
  19. Remember after driving - you can't work on it for quite a while, and shit is just too hot in there. Easier if it's a "come to you" and do it on a car that's cold, my hot tip for the day
  20. Maybe it's 400 - it was honestly a random guess lol I know standard is 200-250... and we doubled that for donator or club member

  22. Man I are tired... 6hrs of filming, 3hrs of getting it ready and I'm stuffed... Getting the GTS-R filmed for a documentary/short film type of thing a mate of mine is doing at the moment. They brought down some serious gear but fark me, loooong day. Hopefully it'll be done in a couple of days or so.
