haha i know ey! Im not happy taking Mon and Tues off as I have a tonne of work to do.

Im pretty sure i caught this sickness from my boss (who i sit next to) who came to work regardless. Probably why he telling me to stay home so i dont infect others and he prob feeling guilty haha

Well if you going there for a sales meet, the owner is not expecting an 18yr kid wearing shorts & shirt to be selling expensive, quality appliances.

Get yourself a fkn suit you pleb and represent the company properly which your dad has worked hard to build.

edit; and wtf did you do when you walked into the cafe? stand around looking like a lost case? first thing you would do is walk to counter, say who the f**k you are, hand over a business card and ask to speak to whoever the f**k told you to come over.

Go back to school and learn some basic business dealings cause there is only so far you will get scraping the bottom of the barrel

Been sick Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon & Tues and was told I need to prepare and deliver a presentation to the director of engineering for Asia Pacific for tomorrow. Still feel shit, and prob tomm too FML

1 I have been helping dad since we started this business

2. I was there to check out how to get everything out of the shop

3. It involves looking under fridges, getting into tight places

4. When I go to give quotes I don't look like a tradie lol

5. I work for everything I own

1. ? Your dad put in all the money, risk & effort, you are there to help him as he has been wiping your arse for the past 18yrs. Dont start talking team effort, equal BS here, cause even your dad would smack you into place.

2. $10 slacks from target and chuck them into the washing machine if you get some dust on them, big fkn cry. Image goes a long way on first impressions and that would be 1000x better than looking like some hood-rat wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

4. You are always representing the company from 9-5. Regardless of what activity you doing. Are you a tradie? No. So no excuse, stop slacking off and dressing like one you pleb.

haha its the only way you can get a message across to the younger generation. Sadly the end result is always the same, disregard the comments/criticism as they believe they are an "independent adult who works for everything i own", and keep doing the same shit day after day.

Then end up fkn nowhere and wonder why no one helped them. :rolleyes:

Yes, the younger generation is pretty much what you said.

Mohsen is young, does and did stupid things / decisions but he will learn from his mistakes and he only means well.

clearly your look is wrong if a guy who called you for help because your the professional and then he didn't realize who you were and treated you as a customer.

nothing you say has any meaning, until you change that. Plus take it from me when you look young you have to be twice as good as your competition. Age hides experience when i pitch for business and i have been selling for 7 years but look 20 still. So the guy whose 30 goes in even though he may have started yesterday the assumption is he has more experience.

I hate the age/exp assumption issue. Have to work so much harder for people to take you seriously. Cant wait to be 30+ and even more grumpy. Will see results quickly haha

Lol yeah because I chose to stick around with dad and learn shit than go do shit with friends. Go from school to work then home. Also. I don't think wearing clean gray tradie shorts and a collared t shirt with the actual company logo stamped on the front of it. As well as hair that's done nice and neat.

As I said. I don't go to sus out shops and stand around and talk shit. I go in, pull out the equipment, measure up. Note what's needed to remove etc and then report back to dad.

Maybe in a few years I can rock up and actually look like a manager etc and have workers do what we have to do now.

As for the age and experience thing. I cop that alll the time. Get people coming in asking for Mohsen. Then they proceed to go on about how young I look lol

      forgot to mention that when it does this it does not kill the engine, but I have not kept the pedal down long enough to let it, as I see no reason to beat up on it as its got to be something simple, small and dumb causing this.  And as soon as I let off pedal, the engine returns to its normal super smooth operation and rpms re-stabilize quickly, once below 4k.

      neither stumble or cut really seem to be an appropriate term....hard to explain its like a rev limiter but at 4k, but it violently shakes engine and entire vehicle as the rpms will not rise over 4k, even with slow acceleration. as soon as it hits 4k, it sounds like entire spark is lost entirely. plugs were 1.1 which I used as such, but later put in new plugs gapped down to .8 changed back after issue arose when I replaced the coils, still does it with either plug gap...damn and it was all running so good.

      Oh how times have changed! I actually lean it out relative to my water/methanol injector duty cycle. The methanol adds a lot of fueling and you can then lean it out even more due to reduced knock.

      Yeah my thoughts are the same, a well thought out WMI setup, would be slightly ahead of just straight E85 and you're also chemically intercooling the charged air, dropping it even further. This is why you need to add so much more fuel as soon as you spray. I remember someone taking me through their set up before (Dennis, has a R33, lives around Cabramatta - no idea if he's still around on this forum). He would target AFR 10:1 on 98, then as WMI ramped on, AFR would lean back up to 11:1. Amazingly, he did this all through his PowerFC, a relay to cut power to his EBC solenoid if there was not enough line pressure on his WMI kit. And of course, if there wasn't any boost made above gate pressure, you wouldn't be accessing the load cells with heaps of timing for WMI. One downside to that rudimentary setup, once the WMI came on, the EBC would unleash the dragon, and of course all the timing. Tyres would fry lol.
