Keep both is doable?

It may be doable, the biggest problem I have is I live at the top of a court in which there is a double garage and we shuffle cars around already, not a big fan of leaving a car out in the court either

Wow...what is it about the GTS-T that gave you second thoughts about selling, when comparing it to the GTR?

+ 1

Since your driving both cars atm, how do the two compare back to back etc..

I'd assume there making similar power as well

ive always been so persistent on the gtst handling really well, the steering is very light compared to the gtr

the gtr is stock apart from exhaust, coilovers, wheels etc - the gtst is pretty much all braking and handling mods with exhaust and a few other things fmic etc

im guessing the monoflex coilovers in the gtst are one thing which really make me enjoy it and having hicas lock bar makes it more predictable

the gtst feels alot lighter to drive and feels very agile but it doesn't feel as refined as the gtr in anyway

yeah i guess the power wouldnt be too much different but the gtr is still ahead im sure of that - the rb25 feels as though boost comes on faster (probably due to aftermarket solenoid, stock boost) but doesn't have the pull of the rb26 when that hits boost (stock)

sure you can tell the gtr is the better car in pretty much every way, but there is something about the gtst in which makes me feel happy when i drive it, which I guess in a way i didn't appreciate until I had the gtr to compare it to.. and also I don't think I would appreciate the gtr as much if I didn't drive a gtst first..

the gtr has always been my dream car (as for alot of us im sure) and still is while owning one.. incredible car to drive, look at etc

the gtst its my first skyline and it got me hooked on them (apart from watching the r32 tear up bathurst as a kid), I guess it comes down to the fact that for a daily I would love to use the gtst and have my gtr for weekends

sorry for wall of text :P

Cheers for the write up Anthony

I must admit the gts-t/gtt is good as a daily. Not bad on fuel, cheap to run, easy to drive, don't really worry about parking it anywhere etc...

Keep both if you can :D

Talked to Matt last night, he said why the hell did I encourage you to keep the GTST...

...Now I'll have to tell you to sell the GTST! tongue.gif

    • Yep, the closest base tune available was for the GTT, I went with that and made all the logical changes I could find to convert it to Naturally Aspirated. It will rev fine in Neutral to redline but it will be cutting nearly 50% fuel the whole way.  If I let it tune the fuel map to start with that much less fuel it wont run right and has a hard time applying corrections.  These 50% cuts are with a fuel map already about half of what the GTT tune had.  I was having a whole lot of bogging when applying any throttle but seem to have fixed that for no load situations with very aggressive transient throttle settings. I made the corrections to my injectors with data I found for them online, FBCJC100 flowing 306cc.  I'll have to look to see if I can find the Cam section. I have the Bosch 4.9 from Haltech. My manifold pressure when watching it live is always in -5.9 psi/inHg
    • Hi My Tokico BM50 Brake master cylinder has a leak from the hole between the two outlets (M10x1) for brake pipes, I have attached a photo. Can anyone tell me what that hole is and what has failed to allow brake fluid to escape from it, I have looked on line and asked questions on UK forums but can not find the answer, if anyone can enlighten me I would be most grateful.
    • It will be a software setting. I don't believe many on here ever used AEM. And they're now a discontinued product, that's really hard to find any easy answers on. If it were Link or Haltech, someone would be able to just send you a ECU file though.
    • Yes sir am asking is there possible way from aem tuner from wiring pins
    • Have you checked cam to crank timing and confirmed balancer marks are correct?
