Like every President before him, you deal with the situations that arise at the time. Sadly it's generally a thankless job plagued by backbenchers with little idea of the effort levels required.

No doubt about it. I'm sure I am only one of the many 'whingers' you have put up with over the years and I'm sure it's not easy.

However take a step back and look from our perspective. If we are not given the option to be listened and ideas genuinely considered then why should we strive for a position against the nay-sayers?

The clique I mentioned (whether you accept it or not) has moved on and many new faces are running the club now. Quite a contrast to the same people swapping seats for the past 5yrs. And in order to grow, the club needs to be more open which it is becoming.

I look forward to the new overlords :)

I'm a Westie brah soo nuna not so obvious lol

haha ye I thought you'd at least have a bit of an idea though :)

As per the Club Constitution, everyone has the option to write a formal letter addressed to the club. Same as all the questions raised @ AGMs & GMs are addressed as well. No-one does though. They just complain after decisions are made because they'd rather play a reactive role in their club rather than a proactive one

So I the cops towed my car to Spot on Panels and i had a look today, broken weather shield on passenger side, some graffiti on the pillars inside which i also found a marker in the boot, bits of bumps and scratches around the car, ignition barrel totally screwed, emptied glove box and the stuff in the boot and found my coin compartment totally ripped out and chucked on the floor....

Anyone know how much roughly premium goes up for insurance after claim?

as a rough guide, use the online caculator that most insurance comapnies have.

put in your details prior get quote

put in same details but tick one claim, see cost.

won;t be %100 accurate but close enough

Lol. If you we're really open to club member opinions you would acknowledge informal comments made on the forum and encourage the person to submit their opinion through the best means to get it reviewed. Not play the power card and if that falls through say no one submits officially.

As you said, a proactive approach to handling opinions will get a much better result than a reactive one ;)

Dw Ash, I still love you, always love a good debate <3

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
