I understand sharing beers regularly, but drinking beers every night is a pretty bad habit. i know a few of people who drink almost 3-6 beers every week night, and they see it as ok because tradesmen and because alcoholic. But living a hater/hipster/father lifestyle, I thought of it as an oddity.

yeah its totally 'ok' so is the fat arse beer gut they gonna develop.

beer is shit dont know how anyone drinks it.

in NZ the police would be competing.

see Black Dynamite if you havent already, also The Brother's Bloom, Commando, The Room, Office Space, and most films made by Wes Anderson. If you like foreign films, could list many more.

the other day encountered "SLIXX" a black Mazda MPS driving like an A-hole, dumping petrol fumes with every push of the accelerator. Saw his car at the bikini carwash photos. Turns out he VIP on the MPS forums and lists a mod list as long as your arm but once you sift through the stickers, light globes and spark plugs the only noteable mod was a cobb plug-in tune. So with tune and mild exhaust, managed to get 160kwatw on RTR dyno. Mazda advertise 170kw at the flywheel.

ahhh shit son, been meaning to smash some MPS since a member came on PGA looking for people to join in a track day of theirs only to pick fights with everyone and showing how little they knew about cars. was funny.

/rant.

To summarise: hope to shame Audi S3's, Golf GTI's and Mazda MPS' at the track. with road tyres.

Having just read this thread from start to finish, i have to say disgraceful carrying on from many of those who have commented.

The way in which the event itself has been promoted aside, many of you need to pull your heads in, particularly the vic boys that just couldn't help but troll and chuck their two cents in.

Warnings are coming for those that can't control themselves and just have to post garbage.

uh oh... lol
that's gotta help when he's pulled over

This junkie dealer drives a 7 series with suck sick dick bitch on the rear bumper and bow down 5-0 on the side :/

Got arrested the other week at w'bee plaza the other week apparently lol

I cant stand bourbon! Dont mind - Like beer though!

I'd drink it weekly or even a couple of times a week if I weren't trying to eat clean I don't want dat dere beer belly.

You has a ford, therefore you need beer belly.

It's the unwritten law ;)

    • Thanks for the linkie. Certainly always a great deal of help when people post comparisons like these, but I think for now I'll stay away from any semi slicks. I did go ahead and order the sportcontact 7. My buddy has them on his modified A4 and he keeps saying how good they are. For my intended purposes these will probably work real well. I'll report on them once I had the chance to try them out
    • Talk about noisy. Even when I still had the Tomei under the car I could distinctly hear the tires rolling. And I doubt I ever will need maximum grip like on a track. My GTR will maybe never even see the 600hp mark and I need to get used to the car quite a bit before challenging the limits of its handling. For the next winter storage I think I will get a set of these rubber drive-on thingies that have a tire shaped base. Those supposedly really help prevent flat spots.
    • Well our climate is definitely way less hot overall and the weather can be quite picky at times. I just know that during normal road use or even spirited drives there is no way I'd be able to consistently stay in the operating temperature, and constantly changing the tire pressure would also be a royal pain.
    • Input shaft bearing. They all do it. There is always rollover noise in Nissan boxes - particularly the big box. Don't worry about it unless it gets really growly.
    • For once a good news  It needed to be adjusted by that one nut and it is ok  At least something was easy But thank you very much for help. But a small issue is now(gearbox) that when the car is stationary you can hear "clinking" from gearbox so some of the bearing is 100% not that happy... It goes away once you push clutch so it is 100% gearbox. Just if you know...what that bearing could be? It sounding like "spun bearing" but it is louder.
