they take too long to sync, most only check their time once a day, and when I go through so many time zones it too long.

for travel I use a pebble steel smart watch that syncs real time to my phone.

and phones sync of the local network so I'm always correct

haha nothing wrong with fashion.

discussion point: if a workplace culture condones the use of designer tie-clips, this may allude to the point that business-attire could be a factor on the judgement of colleauges. (excluding colleagues who deal with external clients etc)

May not be an issue in your space as mentioned but could be in other places.

Have always worn company issued uniforms for both Site & office along so never had the issue.

However where ones uniform is prescribed, the stand-out factor is usually the flashiest watch.

More people teased me about my Tiffany tie clip than admired me for it lol

Helps that I'm good at my job and not a terrible bloke though

sorry for taking an interest in my car....

ps; ive driven just over 3000kms since i got it in may this year

I've driven 3000kms since last week

You're all missing the main point here, that Ric was told not to dress sexy at work but continues to spit in the face of authority.

And all that dress for the job you want shit just goes to show how shallow your corporate shit holes are...

at telstra we don't have a set uniform or corporate standard

flexible working

yes but you have to work for telstra...could be worst...teletech...

Slacks, dress shoes and a collar are the only prerequisite at mine

Can have whatever facial hair etc. polo tops etc.

our office is collar and no ripped/offensive clothes.

but when customer facing need to dress well,

that said after getting suits tailored properly, they much more comfortable than anything except tracky pants

The way you present yourself is an extension of your personality.

Chefs are a great example. You never see a scummy motherf**ker working in a fine dining kitchen putting up good food, and you never see a kempt ass motherf**ker working in a shithole on lygon st.

I base part of my hiring on appearance and always will.

If you can't be f**ked dressing well I don't want you in my office/kitchen/wherever representing me

I didn't say anything about dressing like a homeless kunt, but if the fact you don't wear/can't afford a $3000 suit means you don't get a promotion over the sexy Ric looking mother f**ker at your work, who isn't as good at your job as you are, then your corporate world can smoke me.

    • hello wanted some insight on what my problem could be so i swapped a RB26DETT into my r33 gtst used a R33 GTR engine harness and im using a haltech platinum pro. The car cranks but no start the ecu isn’t getting any power now im trying to find out why i cant seem to find any schematics  or diagram for the engine harness for the r33 gtr anything helps thank you.
    • hahahaa @GTSBoy that is my last resort. Like use a cardboard and cut it using the indicator as a reference. But I was winging my luck to see anyone had a spare bumper because drawing the outline off the hole is always easier and less chance of mucking it up
    • Admittedly in that screenshot its doing about 13psi but later on in the log theres definitely spikes to 16. What is missing though is the massive peak, then a big drop and then a recovery. While it does go a little higher than I would like on base pressure, I think it's reasonably safe to assume that boost control via the mac valve should be a lot easier to control from here on out. I wasn't game to hook up the mac valve today as it's very wet and it's on the verge of fighting traction as it is.
    • I think this is still wrong. There is something crappy with wastegate priority (or the f**king absence of it) if you can't get below nearly double the base spring pressure. But if you're happy with what you've got, upload skid vids now.
    • So a further update for this one. Turbosmart were very gracious and took one look at the wastegate and said this is our original version, we will just replace the entire thing and send it back to you. So I fitted the new wastegate with its new revisions and took it around the block on spring pressure (9 psi spring). Appears the minimum it will do is about 16psi. Keep in mind this is only 2nd and 3rd gear pulls. I think the issue is fixed compared to what it was doing before however I'm happy to provide more logs if anyone thinks theres more to the story to uncover
