haha nah i'm not complaining I don't expect any, at least pay rises are nice / paid company events etc.

and just because I bugger off at 5 doesn't mean I'm not in early and working my ass off my motivation to leave at 5 is I start getting f*kn hungry and wanna get home and cook some din din.

The value of your contribution should be based on the quality of your work not the time spent.

If you don't have time to have lunch away from your desk or finish on time, then the majority of time its either time management issues/faking it to look busy.

we are COMPLETELY understaffed then management or we get calls from angry clients as to whats going on, well we have a like 50 other cases we are working on so.. get in line
