Top Night, Made out like a bandit with the raffle.

The Bonnet wrap is a fantastic product, lots of instant horse power to be had with that.

Thankyou to Terry and the SAU boys for organising the night, and to the Meguiars boys as well for putting in on.

Had a great night! I had to cut it short due to personal matters I had to attend to.

My apologies for not saying hello to those who I intended to (Terry, SiNNO, darksky34 to name a few). Didn't want to make things awkward/be rude and chatter away during the demo. For everyone there, I'm probably the youngest one lol, rocking in my peachy singlet.

I agree. A great night put on by Motor Active.

A big thanks to SAU for organising this for us. Great info and can't wait to try out the liqui moly products and meguirs products I bought. (I've already used the gold class rich leather product on my seats and it looks good. Love the smell as well.)

Great bunch of guys you are & so, the Meguiar's crew enjoyed it too.

This club of ours is the only club to have received a complimentary "wrap" > and not only did they give away one > it was two!!!

The winner of the "best sport award" has to go to Duncan!!!

> there he was minding his own business

> waiting for the door prizes to be given out

> I held ticket #18

> Duncan held ticket #26

> I said, "Take this. This is the winning ticket!"

> Duncan obligingly swapped

> The first prize awarded was of course, ticket #26

> Ticket #18 didn't win anything

> I'll let you know one day Duncan what was in the box :whistling:

Burning I couldn't stay for the draw. Could have had a chance. Was it just a straight pick out or was there a re-draw due to no-claim?

Was fun guys, thanks to Terry, Luke, Eric, Ryan, and whoever else had a hand putting it together. Thanks to the motor active guys, who run like a well oiled machine, and seem to have a product for everything!

Was interesting seeing the wrapping, impressive product.

Can't wait for tech night #2!

Great night!! Big thanks to all the organizers and the guys at motor active for putting on a great night!!

Good to catch up with everyone again and great to see everyone fighting to get a spot, hope that sways a few people to become members ;)

Bring on the next tech night!!

A big thanks to all the SAU organizers and the guys at motor active for putting on a great night.

I was very impressed by the product demonstrations and could not believe how far wrap products have come in the last few years because the R31 bonnet simply looked amazing.

Great team effort Andy > Win-win for all!!!

You're invited to Tech Night #2 > I'll PM you Andy.

And as Arnold says in a film, "We'll be back!" of something like that!

Meguiar's team has been gracious to say the least > your tutors were really good!

    • I couldn't agree more. I should have started from the get-go with a NEO or solid bucket conversion. I started looking into converting over to solid lifters yesterday. Now for some reason I was always under the impression that when using the Tomei solid lifter conversion, you would also require new valves (Longer or shorter stems, I can't remember which).  But I see no mention of this on any of the Tomei documentation. It just states I need the Tomei solid buckets, solid lifter cams and upgraded springs. As my head is already built, all I would need is another set of 1000$ Kelford cams, 500$ buckets and about 4H hours of my time installing and I'm off to the races!?!? There's no way it's that simple, I must me missing something?
    • BRUH, one of the biggest mistakes of my life..... and i've had plenty ;[)
    • @Murray_Calavera iam just considering options 🙂 of course it is very expensive so that why i ask here 🙂  @joshuaho96 I looked at that GCG hybrid(i remember looking at it few weeks before) So this is "that" hybrid where i send them my turbo and they upgrade the inside to Garrett stuff and then they send it back. It cost around 1200-1300 USD which is FAR cheaper than the HKS and it is what iam looking for(i just do not have experience like this...to send something off to "upgrade" ) @tylink720 that is like 150 USD turbo no? 😄 I dont think i have the "ease on my mind" with this kind of turbo. I just put over 7000k USD to "LINK" up my engine...dont want to blow it up with cheap turbo 😄     EDIT: https://www.cj-motor.com/gcg-turbo-charger-for-nissan-rb20det-rb25det-high?srsltid=AfmBOooVeOZ6CZ6r1AIv5m-KPaa6BvudIPJTY8LW78khkd-gQlsaCht9 I looked at this and it seems ok? It is that CGC hybrid and it costs around 1250 USD (with back shipping). Do any of you have experience with this hybrid on NEO turbo? I quickly look thru the forum/web and it seems very good.
