No. I mean grammar. English is the Overarching Learning Area, grammar is a class within the Learning Area

So they actually have "grammar" classes in addition to English now?

Not sure about Victoria, but the schools I've worked at in WA require a yearly fee per family. These schools are independent public schools however; responsible for their own budgets and money.

Yeah its free in Victoria :)

Fees

Public primary schools (state schools) are fully government-funded and free to attend. However, you are usually asked to pay a voluntary school levy per student per year. You will also need to pay for uniforms, some books and extra-curricular subjects.

Fees for private schooling vary widely. Check fees and other costs with individual education providers.

when do you see this as turning into a ebay market?

with things like the electronic conveyancing and much of the paperwork now being able to do online

it must get to a point where it will be like cars? most are sold on their own but there some of the more high end that a dealer takes care of for the further advertisigina nd such for a bigger commission?

I think it will but still a long way off because people try and sell property themselves now, and have for eternity but it never works out well usually they end up with an agent I don't know people are prepared to risk their biggest asset themselves and until it becomes main stream the one or two won't get traction as buyers prefer protection of dealing with an agent also. But don't forget the main thing we are paid for is time ie. Do you want to take the afternoon off work to show your property to a potential buyer who turns out to be a waste of oxygen? Probably not it'll get expensive quickly.

But no doubt I think it's a distinct possibility one day.

Yes. Grammar has been a part of the curriculum for a long time and teachers are instructed to teach grammar separate to other English areas such as; spelling, reading, writing, speaking and listening and viewing.

I have time to teach grammar for one hour per week.

I don't think I'm assuming here, but happy to have a go:

Come on brah...you're selling houses to people who want to buy them...half the job is done for you...throw in some paperwork...what negotiating?

So I wonder why don't you do it? It's easy right.. I've cleared your likely (maybe someday) maximum since 20 years of age so come on on man Get on the gravy train what's the issue?

Why do so many people not survive and make fk all?

Ignore the facts peddle your naive assumptions. You ever bought or sold anything?

I don't like the stigma of it; you say real estate agent and people automatically start thinking slippery weasel

Aside from that stigma though, seems like a pretty straight forward gig, connecting willing buyer and willing seller - criminal commission for that

lol yeh it's that easy man.

Like marketing basically an upmarket arts degree. Awesome. Charge a premium for something I can get done for fk all overseas.

Who knows maybe one day will be sitting at the bus stop outside centre link laughing about bagging each other's meaningless jobs that got replaced by computers and Dezz will roll by in his drop head laughing

Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
