Unlimited and decent speed cos I don't really see anyone else surfing the net during the flights.

I was binge watching Breaking Bad the whole flight haha.

Plane wifi make life so good.

Emirates have the first gig or something for 1$ as I was flying just after one of the Malaysia airline incidents Katie was worried, the fact I could chat to her online for the whole flight made her feel much better.

Qantas just announced their domestic fleet will be connected to NBN satellite in like 1 million years..and still nothing for the international.

very disappointed lucky I just got invited to be on their advisory panel so I can pipe feedback back in #didIdothatright

as opposed to non-election time?

The sh!t slinging has already ramped up in the media...

I'm also getting anti-gay marriage brochures in the mail, which say "Look closer at what it's going to cause", and it has blurry pictures of 4 snippets of articles from The Australian, as it that is a credible non-bias news source.

I meant VWL arguments lol

I can't beleive that issue actually means enough to people to bother with brochures etc

What day is election day? Need to pencil it in to my diary so I don't forget.

Anyone got any websites/pages with a good crash course on the who and what? Because I've got no idea if Bill shorten is still head of labor or not (ie Parliament House may as well be one of those shitty house of horror rides that rips you off while also making you feel bad for the owners/operators, so you are thankful you are cut off from 90% of news)

Maybe I should just vote Kim beazley, she doesn't sound jewish

Since the political candidates are of such great character and I cant choose between them, I will be doodling a dick and balls on the ballot paper and they can count that. I'll be tuning out of anything political in the media for the next couple of months. I'd rather vote for Pauline Hanson than any of the current clowns.

In a nutshell (main issues so far):

Labor : Bill Shorten : minor changes to Negative gearing and CGT incentive - wants royal commission into banking sector - hard right on asylum seekers - will probably suggest something that favors unions shortly

Liberal : Mal Turnbull : No changes to NG or CGT : minor tax cuts for $80k+ individuals and companies < $10m turnover - hard right on asylum seekers - cuts to healthcare etc to pay for tax cuts

Greens : who cares : want to make everything sustainable with no regard for cost - free miniature Australian flags for asylum seekers

that's really about it for the major campaigning issues so far.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
