Hi Kustom20.   I have purchased some GTR radiator top support brackets from you around five weeks ago.  I haven't been able to contact you via Twitter, the only means of contact I have for you. I understand now you have had some IT issues? Can you  please e mail me with an update as to when I can expect my brackets I have purchased.  [email protected].  Thanks

I've emailed them a few times on the address given on their site but had nothing back from them...... I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and give things to the end of the month, if I've heard nothing by then I'm just going to reclaim my money via PayPal

Paid for a custom R33 fuse box cover in Feb 2018... still no sign of my cover, they ignored all my attempts to contact them, then lost their domain. No idea what’s going on now but PayPal would not give me my money back either. AVOID

$247.50 AUD WASTED

Why did PayPal refuse you? Screenshot your emails with kustom20 and present a solid appeal. I got 100% of my money back.

I'll Crack open a cold one for ya.

PayPal told me I waited to long to escalate it from escalated to some other status, closed my case with minimal warning and very poor wording then told me as the case was closed I had no right to appeal.

I may not have a right to appeal, but I had a right to close my PayPal account and have done so. Anyway, that’s a different battle

Hi Guys,

You have every right to express your feedback and make comments, unfortunately we can't control things that are out of our hands from non-conforming product to freight delays or the unfortunate manufacturing quality issue and needing to fab the parts again. We always send our customers tracking details for each and every order - during the end of the year we always get busy with end of year events and also start of the year gets busy as we need the time off for our holidays. We express to our customers that there could be delays due to influx in orders and always maintain contact, having a small team here does also provide a challenge, whether it be personal or family issues, mental health or the unfortunate passing of friends and family members. SAU has helped me personally through so much more than any of you guys can imagine. And I thank you for this and we will do our very best on any current orders

Do you still do the GTR R35 badges ?

Are they still missing? Odd since the website is still up and they have contact details.

I'd pay a lot of money for the GTT front and rear badges...

Have you not read the latest posts in this thread? They aren’t delivering the products and have gone missing with peoples money.

Hi Guys,

Was away over the long weekend, if you can shoot through email to me that would be great.

All stock has been picked up mid last week for the CAS Covers, I just need to run the sample off and get some images back to you guys.

Also got these made but forgot to post the images, a happy customer in Netherlands ordered 2 and sent me images when he fitted one on his car.

    • just an update to this, poor man pays twice  Tried sanding down the pulleys but it didnt do the trick. Chucked another second hand alternator in the na car which I got for free off my mate and its fixed the squelling. Must have been unlucky with the bearings.    As for my turbo car, I managed to pick up a cwc rb alternator conversion bracket + LS alternator for 250 off marketplace, looked to be in really good nick. Installed it , started the car and its not charging the battery.... ( Im not good with auto elec stuff so im not sure if this was all I needed to do but I verified such by using a multimeter on the battery when the engine was running and I was only getting 12.2v )   I had to modify the earth strap for the new LS alternator , factory earth strap was a 10mm bolt which did not fit the bolt on the LS alternator which was double the size so I cut it off , went to repco bought some ring terminals that fit, crimped it onto the old earth strap and bolted it up to the alternator , started the car and same issue. Ran like shit and was reading 12.2 at the battery.  For a "plug and play" advertised kit thats not very plug and play but alas.  My question is , am I missing something ? Ive been reading that some people recommend upgrading the stock 80 amp alternator fuse to a 140 amp but I dont see how that would stop the alternator charging especially at idle not under load.  Regardless ive pulled it out and am going to get it bench tested by an auto elec tomorrow but it would be handy to know if ive missed something silly or have done something wrong.
    • My wild guess is that you have popped off an intake pipe....check all of the hoses between the turbo and the throttle for splits or loose clamps.
    • Awesome, thanks for sharing!
    • To provide more specific help, more information is needed. What Android screen? What is its wiring diagram? Does the car's wiring have power at any required BAT and ACC wires, and is the loom's earth good?
    • So, now all you need to do is connect the 2 or 3x 12v feeds into the unit to permanent 12v, ACC 12V and IGN 12V that you can find in the spot behind the stereo, and the earth, and then it will switch on with the car.
