lol probably not.Β

Hard to know how it stacks up against a Naprec DET head, but it's titaniumΒ retainers, Kelford beehive springs, hks gears, ported, supertech IN and EX valves (standard dia, just stronger/lighter).

P12 head, but with P11 valve stem sizes as they are stronger, oh and Kelford cams but still retaining VVL.Β

Should go "ok", I hope so coz it cost a few bucks.Β

There is some custom Space-X in the bottomΒ that I am not allowed to share pics of.Β  Head also hasΒ the mazworks headstuds because they bottom out properly (Fairly sure they are just Golf head studs with the right length) and got an expensive as f**k Cosworth headgasket.Β

Re the bottom - apparently Nismo provided DM withΒ the technical specs of the SR that was in the JGTC car he had which included some changes to the bottom end for longevity that DM now uses onΒ his builds (if you pay the iron price). I'm sure any competent builder is already aware/does it/wont do it because it's gay or whatever, but he asked me not to share pics so I wont.Β

He told me about the changes and showed me how it all worksΒ and I said "Yes, give me the stage 1 e-fame package plz".

So I am expecting bulk likes and plenty of Grinder invites.Β

You guys already know I bought those Nitto I beams, CA625 rod bolt upgrade, CP pistons, Plazmaman girdle, ATI balancer, all the ARP boltsΒ etc.

Using new OEM VE oil pump and an aeroflow big boi sump but I'm also looking at a dry sump kit he has because scope creep is f**king insane.Β

Sorry guys, I just got here. Is this... Is this the Bakemono thread? I can't work out where is the bants and where is the proper build specs. Dan, can you confirm if blue pulley is aerospace alloy? How many fuel pumps are in here, 5? 6?Β

Β

Seriously though. I'm feelin ya on the scope creep Dan. Somehow you go from mentally preparing for weeks to spend $2000, to just giving strangers your credit card details without even asking for a price first.Β

Probs just upgrade the pump on the side of the surge and call it a day?Β

Dunno how much fuel the stock lines can supply, haven't bothered looking in to any of it.Β

Not even sure IΒ want e85 due to the hassle getting it here. They did put a pump in at the new United on the highway, but I have no idea if that's still going.

Flex sensor I guess.Β

Is that the limit?Β

I'm not quite sure to be honest, however with 1x 460L hard wired in running at 13.8V with the FPR fully wound out, the fuel pressure was still about 2bar.

Now with a 8AN feed from the surge to rail, and using both stock feed/return as a merged return I can get the fuel pressure down to under 1 bar.

If you use a stock fuel system in this I will be so disappointed, basically getting the fuel to the engine for constant HP is critical

In 3rd gear I’ve chopped both an Audi RS5 and C63 AMG, I’m talking several car lengthsΒ

you need a fuel system for track work!!!! Put a flex sensor in it then you can run pump and E85!!! But getting a surge tank right is a black art I have all the secrets to get it rightΒ

    • Hahahahah, look, your not wrong πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ and thank you brother πŸ™πŸΌ jokes aside, I haven't driven the car in 6+ years and it's like I'm starting all over again, and furthermore the car is wayyyy more powerful and it's characteristics are night and day different now compared to what I remember. So I'm slowly easing myself back into the groove, the car is literally scaring me a bit tbh.....it feels like it has 200hp more than it does on paper and responds like a cammed Ls v8, and-some! πŸ˜… every single bit of throttle pedal travel and input has instant response all the way to the floor, zero flat spots or labouring feelings, it's nuts. • If the house has ever been sold before too, they have photos from that etc.
    • I used to do that, but then I got savvy. The benefits of having your phone photos geotagged outweigh the negatives. I just don't publish any photo straight off the phone/out of the gallery/off google photos, etc. If I'm going to use a photo, other than for SMSing to fam, I will always open it on the computer, copy it/otherwise edit it and save down without the original metadata, before using it. For example, posting photos of my engine bay into a thread on here, to show someone a plug or something - I will just screen-cap the section I want to use and paste that section direct from the clipboard into the post. No metadata goes along with.
