  1. Looking at the first pic again, what was the actual issue? it all looks like it's plugged in and nice and neat compared to the latest pic...
  2. Great start to the thread, curious what your competition plans are (drift/time attack/drag, etc)? Have any write ups on the Z32?
  3. You obviously haven't read this thread... cause that's exactly what he does...
  4. Sounds suspect for sure. Does it have an alarm and immobiliser installed? If you have access to a more secure location, i would definitely use it, don't be lazy! Also, anyone know where i can get one of these installed?
  5. Shhhhhhh... stop telling people how good R33's are... need to keep them cheap so i can replace mine when I bin it at the track ;)
  6. I ran my VIN as above on Nissan JP and got the result: "There was no recall information subject to your car." - 95 R33 GTS25-T
  7. Wouldn't it already have to be a nistune, if it's a z32 ecu running an rb25?
  8. considering the replacement for affected cars is reportedly an 18 months wait, and recently a guy died from one of these days or weeks from replacement, you could argue (probably in court) that removal was justified for fear of safety?
  9. Yeah i guess you wouldn't want it going off in a fender bender
  10. has any ever had their 90's era car air-bag go off? wondering if they even work at all Edit: I've hit a few kangaroos and never set anything off, but not sure how much of an impact is required.
  11. It took half a minute to find this info: http://www.ironchefimports.com/2017/07/24/takata-airbag-recall-for-dummies/ which leads to: http://www.nissan.co.jp/RECALL/search.html Search. Confirm. Relax (or freak out depending on the results)
  12. I woulda thought aussie vin was the 6U900[original vin]
  13. and your phone number on the windshield?? is so the bishes who wet their panties as you gate by can get in touch?
  14. yep... like my gtst has fully sick customised front bar, the kangaroo that did the work is long dead, so it's irreplaceable
  15. I don't know what's worse, the massive thread dig or the concept that a mass produced car could ever be considered rare
  16. Chrome? Looks more like a rust-fest
  17. pretty sure "hella modern" (TM) phones can resize images...
  18. This thread would be your best bet https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/84208-wheel-sizes-offsets-for-skylines/
  19. It may just be genius, thieves will never suspect speaker wire belonging to the alarm system.. You've gotta ask yourself, was it ever stolen?
  20. This is EXACTLY how people stay in business performing such shitty work...
  21. Given this is a track car... it should always be in the upper rpm range....
