    Sounds suspect for sure. Does it have an alarm and immobiliser installed? If you have access to a more secure location, i would definitely use it, don't be lazy! Also, anyone know where i can get one of these installed?

    I ran my VIN as above on Nissan JP and got the result: "There was no recall information subject to your car." - 95 R33 GTS25-T

    Wouldn't it already have to be a nistune, if it's a z32 ecu running an rb25?

    considering the replacement for affected cars is reportedly an 18 months wait, and recently a guy died from one of these days or weeks from replacement, you could argue (probably in court) that removal was justified for fear of safety?

    has any ever had their 90's era car air-bag go off? wondering if they even work at all Edit: I've hit a few kangaroos and never set anything off, but not sure how much of an impact is required.

    yep... like my gtst has fully sick customised front bar, the kangaroo that did the work is long dead, so it's irreplaceable
