    We got the external motor mounted one, it's friken awesome. Pricey though, like $2k. At full tilt it sounds like a pedestal fan. Only problem is the exhaust/motor is mounted right outside my bedroom window...

    Looks like a used car from the late 90's. I wouldn't pay the inflated prices people are asking these days, but that looks okay for $15k-ish. Undercarriage looks great (at first glance).

    err off topic but, https://www.alldrivesubaroo.com.au/ I spelt 'Subaroo' wrong, but I know about Subarus heh (had a gen5 GT Liberty/Legacy manual wagon, miss that car) and my brother has a VA1 STI (my dad also has previous gen Outback). My mate built is GV STi engine at aforementioned workshop (makes 380 kW and is scary fast).

    if it still runs like it did before you entered the water, you'll be fine. maybe check the air filter as you said and replace it if it's soggy

    What boss kit do you have? From memory the HICAS has the cutout so should work on non-HICAS cars, although you did have the choice of both, back in the days.

    Nicely done. I'd get the plate mounts as those magnetic plates aren't that great, and can leave residue on your paint.

    Look man I found some weird black thing under the pedal, looked like broken rubber bits. Then my brake light was on, I think I disconnected the switch then waited for the replacement rubber to arrive.
