  1. All the fab work is done. I got the cooler piping and intake made up all with genuine Wiggins clamps (believe me they aren’t cheap) also had the blow off valve put on the pipe inside the front bar on the drivers side
  2. I just let the dog answer the door,they get the hint when all they find is a little staffy smiling and wagging its tail on the other side of the door lol
  3. To make a close ratio gear set they need a long 1st gear because 4th has to be 1:1, so they make them all slightly taller then the originals but they’re are closer together

  9. According to your diagram you have the right side port attached to the pressure source on the turbo and the front port also attached to the pressure source on the plenum
  10. that’s how it’s done, its really not that hard
  11. I got a set of the the new ad09 in a 265/35/18. I like the fact they aren’t directional and they seem a lot softer the the ad08 was and hopefully have more grip
  12. The tyres on the volks were very old and a size smaller then I’d like them to be And with hopefully getting the car on the road soon meant it was probably a good time to replace them
  13. I’d be throwing the intercooler in the bin, it’ll have shit all through it
  14. At 600 at the wheels there’s a good chance you’re pushing the turbo to or beyond its limit. A good option might even be use a g30 900 to make the same power you already are

  18. It’s now ready to head for cooler piping get tuned, just need to organize that
  19. Got the catch can installed and plumbed up one of the drivers rocker cover to it and the other line goes from the top of the dry sump tank up the length of the car and to the catch can in the front
  20. No it’s not that easy, you need to completely strip the box in order to get the input shaft out and press the bearing off it and press the new one on
  21. replaced all of the bump rubbers which includes doors, boot, bonnet and even the fuel flap
