  2. Howdy My Fellow Boat Lovers, I have my old intake, catch & cover setup for sale from my current R33 GTS-t boat. I suspect it should fit R34 GT-t and R33/R34 GT-Rs with some minor manipulation as the strut towers are a touch different. The lot has been sprayed with black satin engine enamel - however would probably be nicer if it was powder coated. This was made by Adam at Weldspeed, ex-Plazmaman fabricator/welder. Comes with the follow (PS reservoir & bracket NOT included): 4" intake to suit high mount turbo (silicon joiner & clamps not included, unless I can find a spare one at home) 4" K&N pod filter 2.5L baffled catch can 3x -10AN fittings (cam covers, crank case vent) 1x -4AN fitting (for drain, can't find the cap but it's a standard male fitting) Intake Cover Location: Cabramatta, NSW 2166 Price: $500

  8. If you have a bit of money spare, get a modern turbo and replace those 2200cc Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) injectors. You have a decent motor, might as well respect it with modern injectors that are made for gasoline and/or ethanol.

  13. Not sure if this works for R32s, however if possible - perhaps fitting in a S14 or S15 subframe with the GKTech subframe offset bushes might be a better solution - OEM+ kind of thing. I know S13s with S14/15 subframes drive so much better at the track. You're not going side to side on power!
  14. Try Rams Head Service, but also be prepared to pay. I got a quote to machine my old NEO head and convert to shimless and let's just say it was cheaper to source and another head, fit new shims and buckets it to with plenty of change left for strippers.

  16. We are kind of lucky in parts of Australia where you can just get it off the pump. However that duopoly has dropped down to monopoly and not sure how long it will last. There may be a time where I'll end up with WMI as well.
  17. As soon as I come on boost that rear housing area, along with all the stuff connected to it will get pretty toasty and I'm not the type to race for a whole 10s or so 😘

  19. American junk, probably riddle with defects and will catch on fire - then they will lawyer up and blame you.
  20. Non-NEO RB25DET with VCT utilise hydraulic lifters, they're actually pretty good however don't like the tits revved of them as the hydraulic lifters can't keep up. To some extent, they're better as there are no shims to spit out and require pretty much no maintenance. In stock format, big cams and stock valve springs they are aids. Valve lift galore, with decent springs, cams they're a pretty good head. NEO RB25DET, although in theory "It's a RB26 head with VCT" in practice is a touch different as it's shim over bucket, not bucker over shim. Problem with this, is that if your clearances are shit, you'll shit out shims when you rev the tits out of it or bang the limiter more than Stacey's mum.
