Build Thread: Adam's Nissan Stagea C34
jet_r31 replied to Run-It-Hard's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
suprised pirtek didn;'t have better drain hose, they use to sell a cloth braid rubber hose that i have used on everything for a drain for 13-14 yrs and it lasts forever..and doesn't kink like rubber shite , that stuff you got depite it being thicker won't last longer than any other hose, heat will kill it regardless cheers darren -
I wish..i get f**kall done, but i did pull the turbo of stagea, fit surge tank and 044 and pull of intake maniolds to fit Ev14's on weekend, so i made some progress. cheers darren

Errr, i know you know a lot...but your wrong this time, very wrong ..done it heaps of times...only air sprays wear out wheels..air/atomisers do not the air side of breaks the water down into much more fine microns than shitty arse chinese bilge pump setup...lol. My coolingmist kit even with there new fange dangled super atomiser is no where near as fine as my air/water atomiser.... I have done this, more than once... so i speak from experience, i didn't read about it on the net inbetween masturbating on redtube..lmao cheers darren
-
Im going to try install a air/water atomiser inbetween the turbo and airflow meter and see if it works. Get rid of the pump system. Don't know anyone thats tried it so will be suck and see, to see if the air upsets anything... cheers darren

so you are changing the compressor cover profile?, if it works you can mod all other G3's for a cost? i started to fit mine last night, but will take me a month or 2 to do as i am modifying the whole car and only have 3-4hrs a week to work on it, so if this works im interested I was confused as in your picture, you have the a comp wheel and housing, and above it is a billet wheel by the looks.. cheers darren

Starting My Stroker Build. Lots Of Questions!
jet_r31 replied to mr.r21's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
what about if you put a Rb30 sohc in one then?...lmao cheers darren -
Now the problem with that...is that engine dynoes are the same as chassis dynoes..a lot of them are in fairy land aswell.. cheers darren
-
^^number 2 for me cheers darren

Thats a nice looking R32 GTR simon!, i love those rims on 32's cheers darren
-
i didn't see you, would have said hello..i miss my blue monster, it will be back one day.. cheers darren
-
I didn't actually enjoy the cruise, maybe im getting old and jaded... ,i would have rather gone to friends and worked on cars So many many people tailgated it wasn't funny, and it was raining aswell... and the ass clowns at the start at westlakes revving there motors as they left just reminded of watching the fast and furious..lol cheers darren
-
Sounds like people are just good at dodging you.....no skill on your behalf...

If you have a R33..its a difference box to R34 that the post starter has... Mv's billet servo and shiftkit fitted is $900. I hate turbo manual cars, unless you circuit race or blast through the hills, i think they suck , i much prefer my seemless delivery of torque that only auto turbo cars with a converter have... so i never think in manual conversion terms, you have to work it out for yourself.. cheers darren

I love you work Stao...own a big share of the bolt on turbo skyline turbo market and a good product at a good price, gets his reign threatened by a another product buys same product and redesigns it better, effectively taken out his competitor with one foul swoop and in turns merges 2 popular sau threads into his both of his..roflmao ..well played sir..I tip my hat to you... (yes im joking, but its still funny) cheers darren

Twin 3 Inch Exhaust !? Anyone Done It?
jet_r31 replied to cobrAA's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
yep id be interested in a muffler aswell if its small enough still to fit under the car cheers darren -
I would have my money on hypergear, i would have thought stao would have done all these combos at the start of his Rb25 foreray as they are/or where the most common wheels. I like R33's..i like everything actually..never met a horsepower i didnt like , the only thing i have running atm with a turbo(well till this comin weekend anyway) is a stagea..and thats a ocean liner, so a land yacht would be a big improvement...lol cheers darren
-
Very nice, sounds awesome to cheers darren
-
barge ass, barge ass, barge ass..lol, compared to a R32, or a R31 or vl, they are land yachts..lol cheers darren
-
yeh, i have seen that ATS redesigned the sierra wheel to spin the other way for evo turbos cheers darren
-
So its a sierra rear wheel, usually they use the 58mm V-trim or H -trim comp wheel for those, not a 52mm. Been the staple diet of hi-flows since jesus was around..still work, with a 58mm comp wheel they will push a barge ass R33 Rb25 to 120mph traps, and vl manual turbos faster again. cheers darren
