  1. On the street or a dyno? I know two people who took them out (for stock), went faster around Sandown. You be the judge, it's not just about dyno plots when fully loaded. I've said that enough over the years so I'll leave it at that.
  2. Shifting by 7500rpm, with that turbo, the cams are way too big - one would almost say the turbo is as well unless you spin to at least 8000, it qont stop making power there either on stock cams. You'll easily get 8200-8500 out of it (I did with my GT3040, span to 8500 stock cams). You won't really make more than 300rwkw on 98. The GTX series needs more boost than 98 will safely support, which means E85 or you'll only just hover the 300rwkw mark on a good day (legitimately). People have tried big cams with mid sized turbos, and pulled them out... So we know it doesn't work effectively
  3. Smells like a trader/backyard ad Closed. If you wish to trade, you are required to become a trader like everyone else.
  4. Try and scalp a ticket here next time, you'll get banned.
  5. Farcry 2 was wrong in itself (ie, boring and repetitive) - FC3 must be a totally new game then?
  6. What turbo is being used? What porting being done? What RPM is being used? Those 3 generally come well into play at the time of cam selection.
  7. Pictures. Compare the wheels to that of a stock example (plenty of pics on the net/google/sau)
  8. For $800 you'd be better off not doing it and just got a 356mm upgrade for another $800! (given the rotor isnt included in the price there either).
  9. Would totally depend on the use of the car. If you are just a club sprint type person with your typically modded club level type of car (300-350rwkw, semi's/suspension etc) then you'll only be getting 3-4 laps @ a time anyway before oil/water stop you so the fronts will be working but the rears not really. However if you are doing tarmac work or extended laps for a more serious car/setup, you'd think about doing both as likely you'd have all sorts of mods and maybe even bias adjustment etc.
  10. Great idea on paper...... But tell me where you can fit that under the ass of a GTR and still have a reasonable ride height - because a lowered GTR you only JUST have enough room to fit a 4" exhaust with dual mufflers and even then you are usually around 80mm-100mm There is no room for anything extra. Hence go dual mufflers and you don't have a problem anyway so it kinda cancels itself out.
  11. -10s - ba bow.... Walk away from those.
  12. No mention of oil cooler - this is a wise investment.
  13. It's cause the FB event is invite only - if you aren't on the list you cant see it
  14. They don't call the HKS filters "poisonous mushrooms" for nothing... They tend to break down over time and send shit through the turbo/motor.
  15. Ok guys - been FAR too busy and havent given this any thought. I will go through this later in Dec and fix it up for you all - cheers
  16. To answer the question - Same mate. Go and get 33 ones sorted out
  17. Well I suggest you purchase a set of earmuffs
  18. A decent muffler will weigh more than the entire exhaust TBH. And of course it'll make it quiet. If you still want "loud"-ish and less drone you need to sell the Ti system, you'll never achieve both as they always have wafer thin mufflers.
  19. Ye that's cause it's all 100km/h sans the Westgate section It's still 25mins from the CBD regardless was my point, as it's being claimed as "10mins", which is just rubbish as it takes 10-15mins to get the the WGB from the CBD - i do it regularly
  20. Google works if you need to find things $200 sounds right - thank Julia for that price hike
