inb4 Dezz bankrupts Govt with his fat return

Bout f**king time I got something back

Knowing my luck, I'll get f**k all back other than the amount I overpaid due to not being able to claim the tax-free threshold on the new job

thanks man.

i wasnt really happy with the finish of a mates rotas, so i went with varrstoen

you drive a 4 door r32, your in the same category as mohsen therefore your point is invalid.

thanks mann

were they matt black? mine and I think Leigh's (never heard complaints :P) were great in matt black

It ain't luck brah, just gotta know what you can claim, if anything. People with minimal deductions often think they are being ripped off etc, just means you haven't had to spend as much to earn your income

Nah a bronze finish. The spray was abit unco on a few of the wheels. But meh mine a here now no point. I'm really happy with em so hopefully I wot fall into the category pf shattering wheels.

I had work Meisters on and I managed to buckle both fronts so I don't think the price u pay for em has anything to do with it

Won't have to do another one for 5 years unless your usage drastically changes

Also have a soft spot for 335i. Modern day skyline. 3.0L inline 6 twin turbo and from what I hear simple tune, exhaust etc can bring it near 300rwkw

325i coupe - $90k driveaway

335i sedan - $100k driveaway

335i coupe m sport - $130k driveaway

M3 coupe - $170k driveaway

nah it doesn't a broken wheel is a broken wheel no matter what it cost you

335s are dropping because people are anticipating the release of the new F series coupe. Even though that seems quite some time away.

So I'd say it is a good time to buy. Spend a few thousand on this site: http://www.burgertuning.com/ plus labour, you're looking at an easy 300rwkw. (I'm talking the older n54 engine, the n55 still has good gains but not as high being a single).

If anyone wants a ride in a tuned 335i hit me up!

Might take you up on this, I got a friend who is pretty interested in buying one and modifying it. Be good to let him know how they go with a bit of work.

and you and your ATO buddies can smoke me

What area in the ATO do you work in Ric?

+ 1. I would say if I ever decided to grow up the 335i is on the list of cars to get.

Though us east siders will have to travel to the west lol

I'd get a second hand one not a new one :D

    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
