What time Saturday? should be free to pop past Sandown as well. sauvic wasteland catchup?

I reckon around lunchtime to early arvo, generally when most wastelanders have been there in the past

I shall be there around that time anyways  not far from my place

love the way the skyline folk bag out the 2l folk, then the FI 4L folk laugh at the small 2.5/6 liter rice mobiles then the FI V8's laugh at all the 6cyl folk..

then the guy with the veyron...well he has no idea any of us exist....

for all we know it could be a rocket round a track, where you care not so much about off boost..

those that think it a bad idea post up their lap time comparison.....

has to be setup right in terms of gearbox, suspension tyres etc even more important when you've got a big ass turbo

raced turbo cars with better power to weight by the time they spool up spin their wheels for a second, then manually change to next gear, wait a second boosting again meanwhile im already gone with no lag and dat auto, brothers car doesn't even work anymore though its so farked :(

pretty much knew it going into it lol

I'll probably sell it once the warranty wears out

This would be a wise decision

Missin bikes so much

Was playing traffic gaps with a CBR600 on the weekend

He wasn't dominating me and surprised how quick car was; got to the lights and he was asking how much power I had etc., talked about my R1. Lights turned green and he took off slowly, then did a mad ass mono for about 80 metres...gah the feels

I did an accidental mono. Those feels. The shits were almost immediate lol

Haha first time you inadvertently get the front wheel up is always a heart attack

I slammed it back down cause I immediately dropped the throttle - the thud hurt me more lol

inb4 collarbone and disloc shoulder

still need to get some tyres for my motard rims

know any bike tyre workshops around? I dont think i've ever bought them for the bike usually they get sold before tyre changes

    • When you pulled it off, there is no signs of blown head gasket? Is it possible you have some other issues going on? Possible cracked blocked? Or do you think it's straight up lifting the head? Did you check what the head was torqued to before pulling it down (To see if possibly they're stretching, or starting to break threads out etc)?
    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
