What's with all these wrecks? What happened to both your cars?

Lady at work was parked next to me and hit my right front fender + headlight and bumper as she was pulling out.

Must have turned full lock cause there's plenty of room and we are all parked reversed in.

Ah yes. Wasn't there a memo you shared earlier on how to park?

How to park and how to walk over / around speed bumps as a pedestrian

You know, those life skills you're supposed to carry into adulthood

You should demand a memo on how to park because the skill seems to be clearly missing.

Maybe just knock one up and leaflet drop on her desk?

Am not complaining too much; my front bar needed a respray, I've got a hail damage free bonnet going on and I'm getting a "small bill" to fix the rear end damage at the same time...plus free soulless loan car to make me appreciate the Skyline all over again.

Bathurst ticket went down a treat.

that said I drive a clapped out falcon ute, drink VB, and are moving to the country.

much prefer to be classified as a bogan than a hipster..

on a side note, my old Noise Cancelling headphones are officially dead, ordered some Bose QC35's should be a nice upgrade

Being a hipster is discretionary
Being a bogan is evolutionary

Does the accent have a sport button.

the elantra I had up in syd did.

its great, it very slightly changes how much resistance there is in the steering, tots worth it.

Traction control and sports shift, which is the most pointless thing in a CVT transmission

It would be nice...

But apologies, i meant to say z32 AFM (not ecu, i already have that)

I have a rb AFM currently

My bad didnt proof read

I would think so, seeing as you may have a tune above 200kw the rb afm runs out of range.

nm35 vs C34 stags

valid points only
kgo.

C34- RB (cheap, easy, breakable), manual, ugly front, dated interior, best appreciated with children, poor fuel economy.

M35 - 2.5T or 3.5, nice interior, dual sunroof, auto only, optional LSD (not sure about C34), not great to tamper with engine, best appreciated with children, poor fuel economy.

Just get a Y34 man. so many more good features over NM35, just not as much space. The cloth interiors are super comfy, just interior is a bit ugly is all.

(you could get those a few thousand cheaper)

C34
iron block rb
Rust under mirrors
Old
Easy to mod
Shit brakes
Manual or 4spd crap auto

C34 autech 260rs
What's not to like, other than the eventual 10k rebuild when the 26 shits in your face.

M35 turbo model
Alloy vq25det neo
Looks newer and classier
Bigger cargo area due to rear strut tower arrangement
Nice interior
5 spd crap auto only
Noisy whiney turbo
Shit brakes
Bastard Ecu that governs everything and cuts your fun

I have an M35. As long as your not trying to drive it like a race car it's fine. Start pushing it and the auto gives you the shits by ignoring you. Engine has good early torque, they make around 400nm. Takes off like a rocket with brake cut mod and 7 sec stall up. They are a good cruiser and I would recommend for that purpose. If you want to mod and go fast get a C34 with a neo, much more aftermarket support or buy a 260rs and start throwing $ into the pit[emoji3]

Good luck.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
