I'm sure it'd be fine as long as you sign another 24 month contract.

I got Telstra 3.0 cable, don't see a point in moving to nbn

Potentially found next car to buy (legit). Sell Gloria once I've achieved everything and enjoyed it, then find an F30 Leopard in Japan and go old school VIP/Yuppie build.

Yeah really just the extra upload speed I want.

Link to new car?

Though, part of me really does want 80's VIP with gangsta velour interior. Early gloria or even a century/president. Century and president just demanding big money. Mind you, after speaking to Jesse Streeter, any old japanese cars are being hidden away or collected ready to fetch big money. He was saying you dont see ANYTHING exciting on the roads older than 10 years anymore unless its for a meet or cruise.

My personal opinion... the current Gloria is SO much nicer than that...

Looks like an old Jag went to a party, got drunk, woke up pregnant and doesn't know if the father was an R31 or a VK. Either way, no child support and had a bullied childhood.

Main benefit would be the upload speed increase.

100/2 on cable vs 100/40 on FTTH NBN

this. at the new place I'll be going to NBN fixed wireless

download speeds drop a little but uploads skyrocket which will more than make up for it. (esp when doing deca videos) plus cheaper.

100/1.5(optus) now to 50/20

There's a handful of centuries in Aus. only 1 i know is V12, was a personal import of some old japanese dude. bawler.

then theres the 430 Gloria, would be surprised and impressed if there was one floating around in Aus. L28 version, but auto.

At a customer site today overheard some girl was looking to buy a house / apartment around Westall or Clayton, this older lady says to her "ohhh no, definitely don't buy there that area really isn't good, always bad people hang around Westall station and those shops nearby, always drunk people start fights near at Clayton" Bitch what? never had a problem out here since I've been here, station is a lot better than others I've seen as well, felt like arking up m8

Houses are status symbols right? Clayton must be a shit stained Alfa romeo I guess

Besides the fact she's old and probably thinking of Clayton in the 90s when it was dodgy Oakleigh's best friend, lol @ you getting passionate about the suburb's gentrification cause you bought a house in it.

Back in Boronia we owned our shit stains.

I bet you are one of the drunks stumbling from the station back home. :P

yeah there were 2x weird places near my old place. they were both off/on northrd near huntingdale station. Strange spots for them, really. woulda though dandy south/pound rd would have been much cheaper rent and ideal location for truckies.

One day googled the NT club which you drive passed on North rd... specialising in trans. sounds riveting.

So is this becoming a thing.

Saw at the end of our street the other day a new "massage" place, all windows covered over and a cheap LED "OPEN" sign at weird hours in the window.

then when heading up to the supermarket the other day Katie Spotted another 2/3 near by all in rows of shops near the station

where did these all come from? Is there really enough rub and tub industry for them? Not sure if just blind or if they all came recently (pun intended)

    • Hope you aren't too sore after that one, might take a day or 2 to notice yet and I guess it is a loooooong drive home. On the bright side, tube frame front end is a thing at superlap, right?

    • The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same. There are plenty of discussions on here about this issue from al the many years of people wanting a cheap/accessible option. https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/ https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/
    • Yeah dunno why johhny posted that here with no context, just post on FB/insta bro where he put it up?  Laine had an off at T4 during Thurs prac, he's ok, car is less than perfect, they are done for the weekend, he can fill in the rest. Bando also binned it like 100m up the road.
