SAU Nickname: Duncan

Car Make and Model: R32 GTR n1

Circuit Name: Eastern Creek

Lap time: 1.50.77

Modifications

Engine: standard rb26. 12psi boost

Power: 235awkw

Suspension: zeal coilovers

Tyres: falken slicks 240/610/17

Brakes: g4 8 piston 330mm

Body weight: 1500kg

Finally got back into the top 10, the slicks were brilliant, probably 1 second quicker than re55s and allowed 210 through turn 1 which was brilliant fun (just lift then turn in). It was 34o out there, and track temp was measured as 55 which would have hurt power (and tyres)

Car ran beautiful..until the drivers side caster rod broke when I hit the brakes for turn 2 @ about 220km/h. That's both sides broken now :O Only got about 15 laps in the end.

BTW I hear John has taken equal #1 spot on the Phillip Island list?

yeah, I think he was in the 47's or 48's. He had a massive lose coming onto the front straight, travelling about 200 meters on the grass at what had to be 180kmh. Good for him for keeping the boot in a driving out. Was behind him and it looked scary, but impressive.

Aren't we all glad Marcov doesn't post on here though. He was running 42's in his R32....

Makes us all look silly. John was in love with his car though. John even rang me this morning for Sams number as he wants to go visit him on the way home.

42's is insane... Where is Franky and JFK when we need them to come and play haha.

New PB for me even if it was on a laptimer... 1.49.82 backed up by a 1.49.88 the following lap. Don't know how I'll get into the 48's...

42's is pretty impressive those who have seen his car would know just how impressive it is. Bloddy fast and one of the best pressented without a doubt.

It isn't a street car though. There are three race track cars getting around now, Sam, JFK and Ivan, the chatty guy that loves to socialise.

Sam is leading the pack.

From what I know

1.42 for Sam

1.43 for JFK

1.44 for Ivan

On the full street trim scene,

Frank, 1.43

me, 1.45

Jack aka "The Stig" 1.46

    • I'll bite. I no longer own any euro's, but I thought I'd share two of my favorites I owned. My 500hp B5 S4 and my 800HP E55 AMG. Yes I did attempt to drive the E55 in Canadian winters, that lasted all of a month as it was a death trap.
    • To be fair this is the wife’s car. However, I have been accused of owning more cars than I have pairs of undies. Luckily I change my undies more frequently than the cars.
    • Cheers Lads Looking at changing up a few things maybe go 2.8lt, bigger injectors with more a modern Turbo. Possibly transbrake and convert to E85 with Haltech ECU. Any thoughts on those Mods changes or better ideas? Want to try keep the car Street/Strip While also being weekend drivable still.
