  1. I looked at the thread and i found where he purchased them, so im sure he installed them as well
  2. You will see a 10kw gain in the top the issue is will you lose anything in the bottom end and how much! Cause you'll be surprised the difference losing power from the bottom of the range makes to the overall driving experience And seriously 10kw can be had by screwing in another 1-2psi of boost and is a lot cheaper that way
  3. They also fall apart and get sucked into the turbos
  4. 34geeteetee is making 395rwkw with the factory cams in his r34, so really you should save your money and put it towards something more useful
  5. It's all done thru the ecu instead of being able to mechanically
  6. Tomei will tell you what ever it takes to sell you a cam, other people it's the placebo effect of it makes 10kw more up and at idle it goes "wank wank wank" but what most people forget to tell you is it makes 20kw less thru the bottom But with playing with lift and duration in many set ups, we've (me, Mic, piggaz and others) proved that on low mount turbos the bigger duration cams make everything worse An easy way to look at it is to increase response people increase compression and larger duration cams reduce compression As a side note I thought so much of my type b pon cams I gave them away
  7. no they aren't, they cost way to much in the bottom end of the rev range for tiny amount of gain they give in the top end of the rev range
  8. lucky is an understatement for that to happen, that's even bordering on mirical status
  9. Well there you go
  10. Ati doesn't spit belts and is can/andra legal so I'm sure something can be made to work on one of them
  11. What dumps are you using?
  12. The problem is the recreating the orange blinker lense
  13. I just shaved the plates down on mine when I had my old ones, cause the original slimeline plates didn't have the black border on them
  14. We've already found that out
  15. are you talking about the pressed steel splash guards? If so, change the bolts into a different cam cap and move the splash guards onto them
  16. You dont swap the caps, you swap the bolts But keep looking till you find it
  17. Cause the 32 had a badge on the bonnet,
  18. You can see is as being a pessimismt if you like, I and many other people see what I was saying as being a realist It's nothing personal against you or your builder but the xmas deadline was never going to happen. As for race teams they have 20 people to work on 2 cars and not 2 people to work on 20 cars
  19. Where your from might help someone potentially interested
  20. Credit unions have the best interest rates usually at 12% or so Secured isn't an option on a 32 Gtr but I've seen them for 8%
  21. I'm yet to find someone who will give you a secured personal loan on a car that is 25 years old (12 is the most I've ever seen) You also cannot use a car that is not in the country as security
  22. The stock box will be able to do that provided you don't try and rip the gearstick out of the box every time you change gears. Like everything to do with cars, a little care goes a long way
  23. Piggaz is right it was 2/93 onwards cause my January 93 had the short collar
