  1. But AL is still a fat knt.
  2. OP missed the 'you have delivery'card...they were waiting at post office. Possibly.
  3. I would also suggest put the turbo back in the engine bay...in fact, that might be your problem, a lot of lag to run piping that far.
  4. It sounds like afm, and ecu is telling u afm. Your thread is giving me a headache.
  5. Jimmy, me harsh?? never but for example, this thread any day over sh#t like this http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/465304-headache/
  6. see that's a similar story with the RE003's that I read heaps of good reviews on - I had a good experience with the Pilot Sport 3's in similar performance range as the Invo's but not quite as good, but that was when even when on special they were $200-something - wonder if the experience would be anywhere near the same with a cheaper-priced product.
  7. aren't they though. Update on the RE003's - after another month into them I now consider them pretty shit. Slight slide or traction loss in situations where the Invo's even with 9000k's on them, would have held firm, so hate to think what they will be like in 5000 k's time. Would not buy again.
  8. you cnts are harsh critics, I swears ...give me a clearly worded and diagrammed noob post over some of the other muppets that can't evun spel write wot, innit.. OP, power steering fluid needs to be changed as well just not that often, maybe 40,000k's? Worth doing if you've just got the car and aren't guaranteed of it's history; doesn't cost much for p/s fluid and not like you've got to do it again for a while.
  9. a fat cnt is not to be trusted. No self discipline. Hope you get something back dude.
  10. I wouldn't use any steel wool type product, with it being too fine, even a small piece coming off, well...major damage potential. I used a perforated aluminium sheet myself which is actually gutter-guard, only $5 for a large piece.
  11. Undo the bolts. They are on fkn tight. You will need to be creative like macguyver or give it to a workshop.
  12. Coilpacks/plugs. Or pigeons nesting in engine bay.
  13. Plus 1 on avoiding pwr. Not this car but years back, poor fitment and very poor customer service when trying to get them to address it.
  14. clicked link...still not sure what it is/does.....but seems they are putting the maf into 'bad maf*kka'. Have ordered 3 to stack on top of each other, will get 60% power increase, not 20%. Science.
  15. my experiences have given different results - but, not conclusive enough to argue so will defer to above.
  16. in the appropriate 'for sale - traders' section. Keep flogging your horse in the open forums and expect to get hosed; pls no more tears when you do. To OP re spark plugs, everyone says use coppers and just change them more, but I've had less misfires/smoother idle with iridiums, and they've last me frkn years, and work out better value. So not really any reason to pay less and have to keep changing plugs IMO, but up to you of course.
  17. I believe this controls the ecu feul cut...so you may want to reconnect it, or leave unconnected and jus plug up.
  18. 2nded on wheel 'alignments'. After the last 2 i got i thought, fk it, i'll learn to do it myself, and now, theyve never been better. A genuinely good tyre shop is worth travelling to in my experience.
  19. ps I get minimal wheel vibration at 190k....solid as a rock at 160k.
  20. wait, you do know the difference right? Couldn't believe when I had to explain it to tyre shops, like isn't your business just wheels and tyres, and you should have knowledge in such things? said 'they're hubcentric"...blank look on his face. Took the wheel off, 'ahh yeah they look alright actually".
  21. Lol at spacers, last 2 tyre shops didn't even know the difference between hubcentric and flat-face spacers.
  22. Really, fair enough, havent had that issue with mine. Does give off a cool turbo like whistle at low rpm (no its not the turbo lol)
  23. Is a good buy. I would, but 40000ks too early.
  24. Bosch one fits right into s2 r33, is brand new n cheap.
