  3. Cheers for that, I'll put the SRs on my short list, I almost bought some Project MU NSs from RHD last night, as they have them for a decent price t the moment.
  4. That will be the problem for sure, open up the device and count how many wires are going to the pins where it connects to plug next to the fuse box. There should only be 5 wires, some of those cheap epay consult connectors have 6 wires, search consult pin-layout to find which wire needs to be sniped or unplugged. From memory mine was the blue wire, but I would recommend you use the diagram and multi-meter to be sure, or buy a PLMS cable http://www.plmsdevelopments.com/consult_if.shtml Mike.
  5. What brand consult cable are you connecting your computer with?
  6. What's the dust like? loved my remsa's except for the mess they made of the rims, put my 3/4 used stock Nissan pads on while I reconditioned some 33 calipers, holy shit when I first tried to stop with them.
  7. to get the correct contact position for the throttle... warm up engine, disconnect AAC valve connector, rev engine to 2000 then slowly ease off the peddle until the idle switch light illuminates to indicate throttle closed position, taking note of the revs the exact moment the closed position light comes on, this should be 950RPM +- 150RPM if it is not then adjust to suite. This why the tps voltage specifies 0.4 to 0.5 Volts.
  8. Try contacting Century directly, they might offer a solution? http://www.centurybatteries.com.au/contact-us I like Supercharge, I've had quite a few of them and they have all lasted years over their warranty. If you want the ducks nuts of batteries, I hear good things about Odyssey Batteries...http://www.odysseybattery.com/extreme_batteries.aspx

  10. When the engine was cold it would idle perfectly, but when you moved off and depressed the accelerator peddle it would splutter and cough until the revs got above 2000rpm As soon as the engine was up to temperature, the issue disappear. I swapped the TPS with a known working one from a mate, and adjusted it as per engine manual (p367) and the issue totally disappeared. Mike.
  11. Had a similar issue with my RB20DET, turned out to be a dodgy TPS.
  12. Have not been getting any email notifications since the update, am I doing it wrong?
  13. If these things break, is there a chance you could loose your toes or something?
  14. 33s can not use a Z32 AFM with the stock computer, check the colour of the label if its Pink then that's stock, if its orange then that's a Z32. Either way, connect the computer to a laptop via consult and see if it's throwing any codes, then go from there.
  15. Pity, that single scroll 7064 IWG has me interested when it's time to get rid of my RB20
  16. Have there been any results with these or 7064s on stock 25s yet?
  17. why don't you contact the seller on ebay? no one here will know the answer to that
