Without a house on it?

How would I have a whole years earnings if I striked for 265 days in a year...?

The money you earn over the whole year on the days you work = whole years earnings.

News reports actually celebrating the high prices Chinese are paying for Melbourne properties; anticipating huge prices will be paid at auction on the 8th of the 8th. Sell your city and your future morons (I'm looking at you Simon).

Damn I wish I bought CBA shares at $28 :/

We have heaps of ex CBA staff that worked there then and were given heaps of shares.... bastards

I sold 550 of them Dec last year heh think like $85 each.

Got them bout 17 years ago from like a grand or something grandma left me (well dad did on my behalf) / built them up a bit and they kept building as well but sold to help with house deposit

Are DC even popular for shoes or clothing? Or are they like energy drinks where they just sponsor extreme sports and somehow get by on that?

Also why is he wearing bike gear? Curious to know how many bikes were destroyed.

As far as upgrades go, was really pretty seamless.

Also, legitimate for $0.

i did upgrade then a fresh install so it'd be activated still, no 'dirty' old data for me!

also s6 edge is awesome

Whats the process for a clean install, I'm currently running 10 after the smooth as silk upgrade from 8.1... but what about if I need to start fresh? I've got no licence keys etc

after you upgrade from 8.1 it 'converts' your 8.1 key to a 10 key and activates to your device, so if you want a 'clean' install you can just burn the ISO to DVD or USB and boot off it as you normally would, then skip the part where it asks for your license key, once you get into windows it'll already be activated as it's the same computer

so yeah its basically 2 stage process, upgrade > then fresh install

And what if you replace the hardware of your computer? What do you do then?

      Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?

      Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.

      Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
