Could ask for foil sticker, so it's like the one pictured

Lockdown dis dat, anyhow after 3 months of shit just sitting in boxes I decided to do something.

Probably the last time I do something for a while too, my back is sore and my hands are dirty now 😅

Was on the market looking for a used one, wow.. people are wanting like $300 for an used condenser, ended getting a new one for $650.

Haha... I threw my condenser in the bin when I stripped the car down, imagining that second hand they were worth 3 cents and a mouldy apple core.

It's covid tax, it has ruined the JDM market.

Long gone are the days of running R33 S2 for $5k to $7k 😔

That's why I chose to go to town and respray and send its mum.

Where did you get the condenser from?

Amayama, worked out cheaper than local because I bought a bunch of stock seals, gromets, interior bits and bobs.

Vega Motorsports guy has them for GT-Rs at a reasonable price.

Can we get thread back on track please.

How are you sydney carnts getting 22c feed in tariff, im in newcastle and did the ring around to every company last year and the very best i was offered was 12c. My solar is about 6 years old now though, are you only getting such a good rate because you got Origin to do a complete solar install?

I can't even imagine getting 50+c a kWh lol

Have a look at AGL, apparently they're doing 20c for the first year!

I'm only getting 22c FIT because I'm going with Origin's Solar system (which is overpriced compared to others, but the only way to get the 22c FIT).

I just got an email saying I can no longer get 10.2 it's now dropping to 6.7... what the f**k.

Time to go shopping!

Yeah I will, hard in Vic, they all vary so much.

The current mob does a 69c day charge and off peak rates all weekend 😕

In good news, I have found some used Tigo's going cheap :)

Update, here's a full day's worth of data. Pretty nice sunny day, barely any clouds in the sky.

6.6kW system with 17x 390W JA Solar panels (cheap shit) and a 5kW GoodWe inverter (also cheap shit). Origin didn't really have flexibility with their package choices but after reading into it and also the warranty plus Origin's guarantee of craftsmanship I was sold, especially with the 22c FIT.

We have a North facing double storey house with a colorbond roof. Means theoretically we would get better sunlight coverage.

@PranK what is it with these 250px max width thumbnails? Lol.

    • Or, is it a case of what it is like owning an R series Skyline? NFI what the previous owner has done or fiddled with... Ha ha ha After reading through this thread, I went on a bit of a research about the Q50/Q60. Now I'm quite intrigued by them! Is the AWD in them more like a WRX where it's always AWD, or is it more like the ATTESSA in the GTRs? By the sound of this TCU tuning, this sounds like a case of someone has made some real software for it, and you just need the right piece of hardware, and then you license that specific vehicle/TCU. Or is this a case of the software will be really expensive so only a few tuners have it, and you still have to pay a license per vehicle?
    • By popular demand.. it was a coil. Got my hands on 1 new OEM coil, replaced with the one that made the less noise difference when I unplugged it while the car was running and started the car up. No stutter and the engine light was gone. I guess I’ll buy the other 5 they have lol
    • No, code 21 is very straightforward. It can only be the things described in that diagnostic flow. In fact it has no way of knowing that the spark plug resistance is out of spec.
    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
