HI All, Does anyone have part numbers or know if a sticker kit is available for the factory decals which go under the bonnet? things like warnings/ engine information etc and also if anyone knows where they all go precisely this is for an r32 if it makes a difference.

wow. this is awesome buying if anyone is reading this. as a comparison, i sold my Tomei arms twins for $1500. these turbos, bunch of gaskets and a free weekend you could have upgraded turbos for 1k.

Dont know about the os88 but push/pull conversions have been done before. Youll need a push setup being, front cover for gearbox, fork, pin, release bearing. The pull type box has the bossess on the outside if the box to mount the pull type slave. You can easily thread the opposite side for a push setup

Pretty sure they were originally a r33 gtr 400r wheel. Sizes available from 16s to 18x10. Expect to pay up to 5k for the biggest size.

welcome to BMW life! i just got out of it. Invest in a odbii reader and buy the Torque app if you can. Very handy when you are fault finding. Sweet ride by the way.

Sequential shifter for h pattern box
WantGTR replied to NEO25T's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
If you want a sequential. Pony up and get a sequential. This would go well with a brembo style brake covers. -

Sequential shifter for h pattern box
WantGTR replied to NEO25T's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Expensive short shifter lol. -
Will look good. Just get the biggest/widest/lowest offset.

The r35 coils are supposedly rated at 2000hp. The platinum kit looks dear but comes with all wiring, bracket, coils and is a true bolt on for 1300. Cover fits over for stealth. Thats pretty good imo.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, it is a good idea to upgrade the venting when upgrading pumps. On a standard fuel tank, is it possible to get a vented fuel cap? Where is everyone mounting their upgraded vents? Being one of the highest points, can it be installed inear the top of the fuel filler neck? Or am i looking at this wrong? Re injectors. I am aware the 2200 is a cng injector. I know people who run both, particularly on e85. Neither seem to really have a problem... unless they arent telling me lol

^^ very clever setup! How does it perform so far? Have you upgraded your fuel tank breather? If so, how? Question for all, why are bosch 1650s twice the price of bosch 2200s?

according to kudos 1805+post or am i missing something? it can look how it wants if it does the job what difference does it make? or should i have splashed out and bought a Radium or AI for the likes/follows?

I was considering the frencys setup but it was significantly dearer than the raceworks surge and youre doing all new lines anyway. Mounting a surge is a bit annoying but dont really care about losing a corner in the boot as its not an everyday car. Am a fan of the frenchy setup though.

with 6an supply to the surge and as well as a 8an return to the surge surely that would be enough to keep the surge full? best part is his stock fuel gauge will work with that fuel hat. your fuel system seems to have a lot going on, what was the reason you didnt want a surge?

^^Nice. Hows the stock alternator holding up lol? i was considering the Taarks one. i think that surge is a tiny bit bigger than the raceworks. raceworks was a touch cheaper but didnt come with fittings so they are probably the same price. 6 of 1 half a dozen of the other i guess. Yes pumps will be staged. There is teflon lined hose which is rated for e85, that is what ill be using. i do like hard lines but ill end up making the bends all wonky and thats not gonna look good lol.

you bastards lol, i was 50/50 about this, knowing full well about the possible scenarios if i didnt upgrade. in anycase, RHDJapan will be getting yet another order from me.

coming from my wallet it seems haha

Yes wiring is sorted and wont be a problem. Was thinking to see how it goes, if the alternator doesnt like then look at an ARD one.

And whats the deal with filters. Aeroflow catalogue has big ones and small ones. How many and where. What micron bla bla I was thinking 1 big one inline on the feed to the rail.

Thanks. General consensus seems to be bypass. If i was to use a large breather how would i configure it? Delete/block stock breather and fit an aftermarket bypass near the top of the filler neck? Long time ago it was just suppose to be a pump upgrade and shit.... yadda yadda yadda here we are. I do agree with this though. Id like to retain the factory fuel hat as it has the stock fuel sender. Hence my question about a 6an supply from the tank to the surge being sufficient. Of all the fittings i know of a 5/16 push on to 8an doesnt exist.

Hi All, Just wanted to get every ones advice on a couple of things. currently upgrading the whole fuel system. fuel system will consist of 8an feed and return, turbosmart fpr2000, raceworks surge tank with x2 walbro 460s and 1 walbro 460 in the tank. my question is, from the tank to the surge, im planning to use a push on 5/16 to 6an fitting to get from the tank to the Supply of the surge. is this large enough? if not how should i configure it. Also, regarding the flex sensor which is to go in the return line. the return will be 8an, is the flex sensor in line going to be a 'bottle neck'? car; r32 gtr if it makes a difference. looking forward to hearing feedback, thanks.
