    Rb 20/25 cam covers - any condition NSW Hi all Chasing a pair of cam covers for an rb. Pref sydney. Any condition is fine. Cheaper the better as i only need them for transporting/installing a motor.

    Good to know. I just had my covers painted. They are too good to fit. Might be some cheap covers while refitting the engine!

    Experienced this a lot with the 200 when it was a stocker. I can remember at least 2 occaisions when notes have been left on the car asking if i want to sell it in addition to always getting hassled at traffic lights about selling it. The gtr doesnt get out that much these days haha

    some nice cars here! really digging @Steve85 m5! i dont have much of a history of cars but my S15 Silvia was a car a not only regret selling but sort of regret modifying. Import model with factory fitted aero kit, sunroof and a number of nismo bits. Was such a great car, probably too much car for a 19 year old in my opinion. if i had this car today it would be standard and a nice daily.

    Thats a lot of work to run 12.2. What mph?

    4l in 15 min is a big leak.it will be obvious where it is coming out. If the hose isnt split try replacing the clamp. If you spot fix this leak expect another leak to follow in the short term. At least you will be back on the road driving. No one likes chasing heater hose leaks.

    So im using ahaltech pro plug in plus io box. Wired up the io box last night. Blue led light stays on when power is on, no red led on io box. Haltechs leds do not light up at all. Is this normal? Theres no engine in the car and when i turn the key i dont even have reds. Yet to plug the laptop in. Im thinking because there are a stack of earths not connected in the engine bay there are a range of open circuits. Am i wrong?

    I think everything ive done in the car has been at night. Its a major pain in the ass. Small progress. Block is back from machining. Looks great. Will make for a pretty coffee table . At the moment im just wiring up a few sensors for the haltech. Has anyone moved the fuel filter to the rear of the car?

    That is a pull type clutch and that is a pull type fork. So it is the right setup at least

    currently building a 2.6 with a single, will post results. may take a while though, progress is at a snails pace.

    there is a clutch alignment tool available, sometimes they come with the clutch kit. it is shaped like the input shaft and keeps the clutch in precisely the right spot when fitting it.
