  1. Because you don’t need it
  2. Thanks mate, I’ve got a couple more things to do but I’m really running out of things to do without the engine.
  3. In naturally aspirated form they’d be fine with a hose clamp, in a turbo application you’re better off with one of the adaptors you mentioned
  4. Be interesting to see an rb20 with 10:1 compression ratio and then shove a decent sized turbo on it and let it rev
  5. As long as they have stock it will be quick
  6. Last order I got from Japan took less then a week to be arrive after postage
  7. the last photo I took with my phone iPhone 12 mini
  8. The number of people who have told me I should be aiming for 1000hp because I’m spending so much on the engine is insane, I keep telling them it wouldn’t drive like what I want and I’d end up hating the car
  9. You all moved over to face book group chats
  10. Just as I finished doing that I just happened to spin the front wheel and the wheel bearing wasn’t happy because it grumbled at me lol guess I know what my next job will be
  11. Decided to more “because it’s 30yrs old” work on the car Replace the ball joints in the inner and out of the lower control arm and while I was at I threw in a set of these to fix the suspension angles after lowering it and move the spacers on the rack ends to match
  12. Damn we both going backwards rather then forwards lol
  13. With the deck cracked near the head bolt holes they may not tighten properly
  14. I think you’re right it mimics the factory one just faster which will work great for me, after the transfer case mod it put the power to the ground with no issues in second gear (didn’t try first as I knew the engine was broken)
  15. Just couldn’t see the value in it
  16. Also seeing as I was sometimes having issues with the auto on the drivers window before I took it of the road I replaced the amplifier in the door
  17. Decided seeing as it was 30 years old and are common for dying now I’d replace the g sensor Old g sensor showing no signs of heavy impact new one is a digital g sensor from midori and bolted into the car, fits strait onto the original bolt and wiring clips straight in
  18. Same, I just found more that needs replacing and I’m still no closer to having an engine as far as I can tell
  19. Be interesting to see how it goes and what it drive like. I’m starting to think you’ll be on the road be for me
  20. Cracking around the head bolt holes is common, it’s why I had to throw my block away. I ended up going billet because they fixed all of the rb26 problems and hopefully future proofed for life
  21. Good luck getting the front diff on the bottom of an LS
  22. Is it a single or twin plate?
