  1. A much more affordable option would be Splitfires, modern injectors, Haltech Elite 2000 (2500 is overkill if you don't plan on setting up DBW, multistage engine protection, sequential gearbox, traction, etc.), a bunch of sensors, Walbro 460L and flex tune its mum.
  2. Kebabtech 2000 or 2500 > Nistune > PowerGameboy > MicroGuess
  3. Well done Tao, just proves again stock intake plenums work. Time and time again, you see people throwing on expensive plenums coupled with near stock turbos lol. #stockplenumworldrecord
  4. No idea, decided I didn't like it so changed to a 4" intake before I tuned the car. Ended up with 323kW... then got bored, moved the gate from the housing to the exhaust manifold, made 372kW, then about 5 track days later it went bang lol.
  5. Some old attachments I've found
  6. If you're on a stock sized turbo, trying to get a 4" inlet to line up with the stock airbox isn't fun (ask me how I know) haha
  7. Barra swap it, Americans will masturbate for years over it. Then when you get bored of it, it's going to be worth heaps when sell it to those yanks. Sounds like a great plan.
  8. Did you rebuild the motor yourself? Also silly question but did you clock the oil control rings properly? If not and say if all the ring gaps were all aligned you'll have this issue.
  9. With full flex, launch control, 3D boost table, and rudimentary engine protection. @KiwiRS4T
  10. If you're going to spend that money, get a R32 ECU with the latest version of Nistune board/firmware.
  11. Patiently waits for skids video, in other news: https://m.betootaadvocate.com/uncategorized/man-just-popping-over-to-mates-place-to-check-on-him-with-carton-of-piss-and-two-fresh-decks/
  12. Just add more boost and enjoy it. Just take out timing in the middle and send it up top. These motors will take it (even if worn) if you torque limit them.
  13. WMI, when your IC isn't good enough, just chemically cool your intake
  14. Your engine builder would know the answer to that
  15. But why? Nitto, Tomei gaskets have an o-ring that is compressed when the head is bolted down creating a great seal.
  16. Coolers matter much more than a bit on 98. Old setup I was making 372kW at the rear treads on a Mainline dyno w/ 1.7bar of boost going through a dim sum bokchoy eBay special FMIC with intake temps of 65+ degrees Celsius however that was on E85. Would be knock city on 98RON with those intake temperatures.
  17. If you're after a cheap intercooler that is somewhat decent for the price point, those HDi GT2 cores aren't bad, just that link you sent is of a CT2?
  18. Gives boners... that's why. Well 180SX still is a S13 too haha.. would love another SKY180 (those plates aren't taken at the moment.... hmmmm). Shameless plug ?
  19. Stock airbox and snorkel years ahead of thay gimmicky rubbish. Nothing like hot air induction
