So if you had an unlimited budget, and were set about building a dream car what would it be? Don't just say R35, or Ferrari x etc , I want to know builds that you've always wanted to see but never had the funds to do yourself.

Excuse my ignorance when it comes to cars (I am learning, I promise!), but I would personally love to see a;

S13 body with a S15 front (the front being for looks more than anything, I don't know if it makes the car any lighter).

RB26DETT head with a RB30DE bottom, bored out, ported (does ported = bored?) and polished, fully rebuilt with all the works.

A hefty turbo upgrade suitable for the RB30, maybe the T88, or a nice Garrett. I dunno, I drive an N/A so I haven't looked into turbos too much yet.

Add all the bells and whistles to make such a build work.

Basically, it'd be a light weight car with a monster engine. I don't know if a build like this could work, or whether its been done before (if it has, please post a link), but I figure if the engine fits it could be a pretty realistic build with some very nice results.

there is a black s13 with s15 front, looks f*cked from behind. as s13's do... moving along

mine would be a R34 GTR nur or Z-tune.... plain and simple as i wouldn't want to insult or ruin the perfection that was put into these two cars as i would most likely f*ck them up haha :banana:

2x holden HX premiers blue with white roof (i already have one but its stock) lowered on some nice cragar rims all body stock all original interior bench seats etc. suspension set up so the thing could at least have a bit of handling!

Engine for car 1 - a nice addition of a corvette LS9 supercharged 7 litre or somethin like that V8. worked up again to anihilate tyres in any gear. i wouldn't stop till i could count the cylinders firing the cam was that lumpy.

Engine number 2 - tokyo drift style Rb26/30 with massive single turbo conversion somethin big enough to suck small children off the street with! and all the accesories straight out of japan to get her goin - cooler, fuel pump, injectors you know the story.

sounds like good to me.

when everyone is finished building theirs we will have to go for a cruise!

    • Yes, I know🙄 but the sequential is not in my budget... don't want to reduce power neither, so looks like I'm stuck in the rabbit hole🤣
    • You’ll be very upset when you bust that too not to mention the gearing totally sucks. Don’t do it.
    • Is the panel filter one that is oiled? Have you ever cleaned or touched the AFM?
    • So.... the K&N air box thingo was too big, ended up gifting it to a mate, well, by gifting it he actually supplied food and beer at the pub,  which was nice, as it will not sit on a shelf in the garage for the next 10 years I did trim up some of the existing stuff to neaten it all up and gave it some wrinkle paint, unfortunately it currently has a used and abused mish mash of different types of hose clamps, 4 big fat T bolt type (shit), and a few normal clamps of vairing sizes and brands, but..... only until the 6 constant tension black worm clamps that I ordered from EFI solutions turn up next week Currently the current hose clamps are triggering me hard, LOL Is this the final version, probably not, I really want just 2 silicone pieces, a straight bit of silicone from the filter to the MAF is easy and will happen as soon as I head into Just Jap tomorrow, the problematic part is a 30° silicone bend from the MAF to the TB that I can connect the engine breather from the head, I found that there are bulk head fittings for boat bilge pumps that should work, but until I can get a 30° silicone bend the alloy pipe, and the 11ty thousand hose clamps, are there for the foreseeable future 4 hose clamps are golden, 6 are grudgingly acceptable, the 8 currently holding it all together is just taking the piss    I've also ordered 60 more retaining wall blocks for the front yard, I mis-gonculated the height that was required to get above the base of the Photinia's (red robin's) that are the hedge behind the front fence, currently it is 2 blocks high, and about 1/2 a block short, so going 3 blocks high will be above the base of the red robin's, and allow some room for mulch
