thats awesome, making me want to buy a supersport but i don't ride enough..

I'd go for a 750, best of both worlds.. good power and not as bad on fuel as 1lt when i'm on my bike anyway it feels enough like a GSXR to me, close enough <3

JAIME, they're BN Blister copies

Ah ok cool!

Jamie, my bad.

Jayme, scarnon brah?

LOL!

Yeah good thanks Bird man!

Lol, dare say there was some slight bias in the judging, good to know adz wants my mrs..........

Would look like, how a Decepticon Motorbike would be.

Your logic is fallible...people who seldom ride should buy a supersport cause the harshness won't bother you like it would if you were commuting on it. If I could fit on a 600 I'd buy one for the economy, but the torque of a litre bike is such an awesome thing in the traffic...you changed gears twice while I was still in 1st lol :P

Thread locked?

That's a bit homosexual

I was gonna submit nudez

Same.

lol my first only goes to 85 i think :(

Single swing arm looks epic but I'd be worried about the flex on the remaining arm?

If it's been done properly they will have reinforced the remaining arm or replaced it with a bigger one, though looking at the picture it doesn't look like it. The 1098 has a single swing arm and it's fkn huge. Notice how the swing arm bends and the wheel is offset to maintain balance.

1st on my virago went to 45, 50 if I redlined it lol. If I keep my bike long enough I'll get a sprocket set for it, long 1st is lazy but you're breaking most speed limits just to be on-cam.

My mate has a 600 gixxer, told me to get the 750 as it's the same size bike but doesn't need to be worked as hard when cruising... My 250 is revving it's dick off at 100 in top gear so I'll be looking forward to a more cruise feeling when I upgrade

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
