depends.... I think it's important to have a knowledge of religion in general as you have to deal with people of all backgrounds in life, but I certainly don't subscribe to any of them personally and wouldn't want it forced on my Kids.

Wesley (where I went) taught all religions in the RE classes, which is how I feel it should be approached.

I went full public.

Lloyd St Primary School in Malvern

Vermont Primary School in Vermont (with a very unsavoury person that I used to play 4-square with)
Vermont Secondary College in Vermont

Fk Private.

Yeah funny thing is majority of our clients are from east as they are priced out and rather than being 40/50km east they come 20km west.. The stigma is slowly dieing.

although it may be boring as birds points out its affordable, safe, clean and infinitely better value

In time....

The North-side is booming. Not long ago people feared north of Bell street but that's now changed.

Won't be long till it swings to the left on to the other side of the freeway.

Unless everyone starts to accept high density living, there will be a spill over to the west.

I think our generation + 1 are more accepting of high density living. Whereas our parents all wanted a backyard for their kids etc

Which is why the Chinese families are buying up the suburban homes because to them the backyard is luxury, and so will it be in our near future.

See them at Domain Chandon taking photos of just the open space there lol, unseen beauty back in the mainland.

Yup & was the same for previous generations. Majority of immigrants grew up in apartments and having your own house & backyard was ymcmb status.

I'd rather my kids go to a public school, religion is just one more subject that will do nothing for them in life. Like there's not enough useless shit taught at school already...

Religion is mandatory but certainly wasn't forced down any throats I think certainly more structure and better culture compared to the public school I went to first that place seemed more like a pathway to incarceration.

it's called a view, taken photos of it myself and at time nearest neighbor was 1/2 a km away.

so much hate for some-one so young.

+1

My experience exactly

Agreed

Ill send my kids to a public school

They'll be right

There's always going to be stories about both types of schools... My high school could be labelled rough, but the private school around the corner the chicks were giving out blowies at lunch for $5 and dope being sold at lunch time etc...

If I ever need to choose a school for a child I'll be weighing my decision heavily on most likely circle of influence my experience was public school had a lot of plebs.. Catholic school more ambitious and successful comparing 10 years later.

People won't agree but I want my kid hanging around kids with ambition desire to succeed from solid backgrounds etc

Before anyone starts im aware that there is no guarantee but you can increase the probability

Agree however a public school in toorak would no doubt offer equal/greater circle of influence however you would need to own a house in the zone.

Easier to pay the private school fees than a house in toorak etc

spot on

    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
