  1. Crankcase breather. Connects to your valve cover or catch can. Since you have RB26 covers now you might need to re-route the breather hose to the back of the engine.
  2. I've read conflicting information in regards to removing HICAS on an R33: -Some say they removed the HICAS ECU and lost power steering. -Some say they kept the ECU and lost variable-weight power steering. -Some say they kept the ECU and retained variable steering weight. I'm going to throw in a lock bar soon, but I want to make sure my steering (variable weight) stays the same. Obviously I will keep the HICAS ECU and just de-pin the warning light. So is it as simple as throwing in a lock bar and leaving the ECU plugged in?
  3. Excellent condition, no dents or rust/pitting. A couple of very minor scrapes on the bottom of the resonator. Would polish up nicely. This is a loud exhaust, but one of the best sounding available for an RB. Suits both R33 GT-R and Gts-t. $400 - No postage on this one. Melbourne 0411 582 453
  4. *Preemptively snugs fuel line clamps another 1/4 turn*
  5. They don't help much on a skyline. On a car with McPherson struts they offer a bit more rigidity. Spend $30 on a TurboTech MBC and boost it to 10psi.
  6. It will change ackerman and dynamic toe. So sort of yes.
  7. Plastidipped my XD9's gold. White wheels looked good but are such a PITA to keep clean. Now I need to find someone to powder coat them gold since plastidip sucks.
  8. You need Datalogit to unlock them. Any FC tuner should have one and be able to do it.
  9. That's the clutch fork pivot. It's common for them to snap after years running dry without any grease, and/or under the abuse of a heavier clutch. Gearbox out job and Nismo make a stronger replacement part.
  10. What specs are the CST's on your s13, how hard were they to fit?
  11. I'd be speaking to him then; don't assume. Check what gaskets you're using too - those cheap cardboard-ish ones don't transfer heat well, and like to leak. EDIT: Also, check that you have the front exhaust hanger installed at the gearbox cross member, it's the only real form of support the turbo has. Even without it, it shouldn't really cause cracks on the manifold.
  12. Where is it cracking? What gaskets are you using? Are you torquing fasteners to spec or by feel?
  13. I've had both the OP6 and 21U turbine housings on my R33, look up my results in this thread and make a decision. If you're used to full boost by 3.5k, going for the 21U version is a no-brainer, especially for a street car. 500rpm difference in response doesn't sound like much, but it's a big difference. The 21U should be well and truly on full boost by 3,500rpm, mine hits it by 3,400 and is running PULP.
  14. Yea the Exedy had the silver pressure plate and was about 10 years old. Nothing wrong with it, but soo heavy compared to the NPC!
  15. Just got my NPC Organic 10" installed and the pedal feels like an N15 pulsar's - light as. Still wearing it in but so far it feels really grippy and easy to use. A lot better than the Exedy that came out, which was slipping at 250rwkw and felt like doing a 40kg left leg press.
  16. What is the little green box with the lever sticking out in the boot of that R34?
