Fog Light Housing/outer R34 Gtt
niZmO_Man replied to MikeR34GTT's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
Which link? The JP carparts one? I just clicked on it and it loaded. Amayama has them listed as in stock in Australia https://www.amayama.com/en/search?q=F2256-AA000 https://www.amayama.com/en/search?q=F2257-AA000 -
R33 chassis is better than the R32. You can see the improved structural and aero bits. In hindsight, I should've waited a year and bought an R33 GT-R lol.

R34s are worse than R33s in terms of price jumps. R33s are climbing as well, but better to buy a 33 IMO.

Sadly engineering jobs aren't that plentiful in Aus (why I went with I.T., plus I found I.T. easier lel), but you should be able to get something in construction.

Well received an email with renewal... $898.96 for 12 months

Any of known brand names will be better than the cheapie on your car at the moment. -
That's a very good looking car. Nice knob

So in Victoria? -
I think you mean +15 . They look awesome, perfect sizes/offset for R32 GT-R.

I recommend KU31 if you can find it in your size. My brother has KH17 KH25 on his Corolla and they're excellent touring/everyday driving tyre (even in the rain). KU36 is unnecessary. Are you running the standard R31 wheels? 185/65/14 tyre size? -
The huge oil thread has the answer, but it can take quite a while to trawl through it. You'll learn heaps though, people like to get technical around here (which is a good thing). Now go read the RB oil control thread . Oh and on my GT-R, standard engine/boost/no oil cooler, I ran Racing 10 (10W-40) and Premium 5 (5W-60) on the track with no noticeable difference (going off engine noise and standard oil pressure gauge, car ran hot because I didn't flush the cooling system). Back in the early days I ran HPR10 for street duties and it was fine.

In Sydney. Sadly didn't have any better camera quality/angles, oh well. The 31 had some goodies in the boot too lol (moved those into the house).

HRP10 is a 10W-40 oil that has some additives that makes it a '50' when hot. Racing 10 (10Tenths) is a full syn oil (more expensive, on par with Royal Purple, Motul Chrono, etc, group 5 oil I believe?) Either will be fine. The Racing 10 has better shear properties at high temps/pressures. So if your engine cops some track work, I'd use that over HPR. HPR is fine for street driving.

Hey mate, try looking on tyresales, you might find something decent for $100 or maybe less. Stay away from those no names. Hankook, Toyo, Kuhmo, look for those brands. Sometimes you can find Bridgestone, Yokohama and Dunlops on sale. -

I'm so glad I couldn't sell my car for $12k a few years ago. All I need to do is tidy up the body and I'll have a $30k car!

I reckon! Shame they didn't steal the cheapie Aldi cover I had on it for 2 years.
