Spend money on tyres and suspension. Upgrade the pads and go track days. Learn how to drive the car and save up for a turbo when you get off your P's.
In the mean time, just enjoy cruising around and becoming familiar with driving on the roads with other people.
Good point, I got a pair of headlights off Jesse, he packaged the shit out of them (one headlight per box). I emailed him saying it's overkill, he replied saying pretty much he didn't want to take any chances.

Only real way of knowing is boosting it until the wheel falls off, or blows your engine.
As long as you don't hit something at highway speeds, shatter a wheel and go off into trees, you'll be fine.
Check out a 365mm D2 or ATTKD brake kit. Should be about $2k. Not sure where to get them over your part of the world. There are probably other brands available that's basically D2.
