  1. it has nothing to do with the A/C, the overheat fan is on its own circuit.
  2. and funny enough she's been right with most things too LOL....
  3. Oh trust me, if someone came to me and said I'll straight swap you my F80 LCI Comp I would do it... beg for forgiveness later. Mrs Dose Pipe said you're not allowed to sell the R33 because you're an idiot and will end up with another.
  4. If so, someone has cocked about with your wiring. The above diagram is from a Nissan Manual, you're telling me they decided to print the wrong information and wire it differently?
  5. You're incorrect Please do not talk in F, it's a JDM and we are Australian. We don't want another Mars Climate Orbiter disaster.
  6. replace the existing thermoswitch with a lower temperature one? That fan has nothing to do with the A/C, it's an overheat fan. Constantly referred to as the A/C Fan, A/C Condenser fan, etc.. when it's actually not. It can be dual purposed to be one (like most have).
  7. What's wrong with that diagram?
  8. At the time, I recall it coming the same week I ordered it! But this was also when NZ Wiring was starting off, so not too sure.
  9. I've never tuned or setup WMI however @The Mafia and @tridentt150v have good experience with them. Maybe they could help
  10. WMI the bastard and call it a day
  11. fking love the explanation, my nipples are hard.
  12. I'm not disagreeing with you I run full flex on my car, however the butt dyno hasn't really differentiated the difference (old motor, not current motor). I've also never run any logs on 98RON just because ceebs.
  13. Fast enough, I once ordered something from Perth and it literally took 6 weeks to get to my door.
  14. I suppose you are correct there with the increase volume, however I am wondering how of a difference one would see. Might have to do a back to back one day on the dyno just for broscience
  15. The haul, just replacement clips and shit, ABS relay, gearbox dust shield, AC condenser drain, window guide, etc. This R33 problem is worse than a cocaine addiction.
  16. Theoretically a turbo "should" nearly spool the same on either E85 or 98RON, in some regard broscience and brolyticals would say the EGTs are hotter on 98RON thus spool theoretically "should" be better on 98RON.
  17. Patiently waits for that turbo to blow up so you can modernise it haha... But being a genuine Garrett, I'll be waiting for a while.
  18. Yep.... and when they yield poor results, Garrett turbos then cop a bad reputation. FWIW, I have Kelford 244-B (264/272 9.6mm) and a real Garrett GTX3576R Gen 2 with a 1.01 T3 Garrett divided turbine housing. 0.8bar by 4000rpm, makes 437kW at about 7200rpm, rev limiter at 8600rpm. Boost target was 1.8bar but it bled down to about 1.5bar by the redline (turbo is out of puff). In some shape or form if you have a real Garrett GTX3076 (hopefully Gen 2?) then our compressor maps are identical.
  19. I recall seeing it in your photos, hence where I got the inspiration from 😎
  20. Let's see, if Wakefield Park opens up again and I start to race as often as I did then the Accusump will definitely been something I look into and install. I think there's enough space to nest it behind the bumper support At present, I have pretty aggressive engine protection setup with the new motor (learnt my lesson last time LOL).
  21. Or Tao from Hypergear can make one fit for you too. He has access to some pretty nice rear turbine housings these days.
  22. I think I should be ok now, but that's not our of the question either depending on how serious I get on the track.
  23. OEM fans are good, electric or not electric. eBay or Forum special fans are good at keeping flies and mozzies away at BBQs only.
  24. Haha actually the motor seized because the sump was sucked dry around a corner and the oil couldn't return to the sump fast enough.
