Hose for turbo water line
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to Duncan's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Depending on your level of boredom, you could make hard lines. I did this on the shit box when my position was made redundant at my previous work. Extra money and time 😂 -
Then Artec brings out a full cast manifold with no welds. Game changer, I'm waiting for their twin scroll single gate RB manifold and maybe I will donate more money to the Skyline gods/vortex/debt collector

GTR I just got one!
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to Old man 32 GTR's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
Blame Murica, they're too busy doing twin turbos on everything they can find. And from an educated guess, they're the world's greatest consumers of turbos and soon RBs lol. -
Poor Fuel Economy on RB25DE

Do you have access to a smoke tester? The one that has a pump and can add a bit of positive pressure to things? Good way to find leaks -

Twin scroll manifold, with pulses split to the gate, looks the business! Silly to go single scroll these days, not sure why go many big setups still do this when you have beautiful manifolds like that! -
MLR's Bogan cruise ship

Come take the R33, has subwoofer in boot, climate control and big whooshy turbo. $60k, I'll even throw in my tool cabinet & tools. -

Or somewhere your intake plenum isn't flat and sucking in additional air, then your closed loop O2 control strategy is adding in more fuel to compensate for the false positive lean condition. The above could apply to a pinched injector seal The above above could also apply to an exhaust manifold leak, where additional air is being sucked in through a venturi effect and once again your o2 is reading baloney. -
Did you get an instant rejection or a personalised e-mail/call from a human? A human from Enthusiast actually asked for photos of my car, parked in my garage to be e-mailed. They asked for engine bay shots, interior shots, around the car to prove it was actually garaged and not some clapped out shit box. I suppose you could try with them and send photos of your car locked up behind a heavy duty gate?

MLR's Bogan cruise ship

You've got a sex spec ECU, I would just PWM them at the same duty cycle based on engine load. None of this staged business 😊 OEM++ -

I've had a 2x mates kill 044 pumps on dedicated E85 cars, not to mention they're so damn loud. And somewhere on the classic nissansilvia forum someone did a tear down of one describing why/how they're not happy with ethanol/alcohol fuel types. Might have been Trent from Chequered Tuning under the URAS alias IIRC. -
Just ordered a new 10bar pressure sensor, time to get this car to the dyno me thinks.... And shout out to @soviet_merlin @r32-25t for pointing out moron here (me) posted up my address in a screenshot of parts I'm about to order. Thanks @niZmO_Man for deleting it Derp... In other news, Birrong Automotive has a hub dyno now that I can use. Means no more wheel spin and over strapping (this causes power loss and tyre wear).

I hope they don't cancel the Targa, but at the same time I hope there are added safety measures such as armcos, etc. to reduce the risk of tragedies. The media and non motor enthusiasts will do anything to shut it down, however what they don't know is motorsports brings heaps of money into the economy. Anyhow, car looks like great fun to drive - even on a stock motor. Kudos to you for not raising your hand in the air like you're conducing a symphony between gear changes Seems like that is a very common thing to do now with the roll racing/drag racing fellas. Pull a gear, raise your hand like you're requesting for a crescendo LOL.

Twins vs single vs 2 x singles lol
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to Old man 32 GTR's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
This will inevitably happen Especially if street driven, if it's a dedicated drag car on nitrous, meth, and big stally auto then probably no. -
RB25DET queries
Dose Pipe Sutututu replied to WalkyHR31's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
So how many boofheads do you need to take out on the exhaust gear?
