  1. Is that because fan is pulling less air?
  2. Thread closed.
  3. Create a proper sale thread in the sale section.
  4. -20 offset, what are you getting?
  5. Most R31s would be around 300,000km lol. But they're easy to fix, cheap and reliable if maintained. The 3L has plenty of torque to get you into trouble. But, I'd go with something nice to putt around in until I get full license. Something like an Accord or Prelude or Maxima. Or a good condition Subaru. I got over rattly, noisy cars fairly quickly.
  6. You can save a little by getting top i7 non-K. Don't really need water cooling unless your case is small. Overclocking isn't that big of an upgrade, I've noticed no performance increase worth mentioning on my i5 box. 2x8GB will be fine, throw an extra pair later if you want to do editing or run VMs.
  7. I've always had bad experience with Gigabyte, mainly their motherboards. I had a GPU RMA'd within a week though a while back. Last three Gigabyte boards, all had some sort of fault (one kept powering off, two with bad Ethernet ports). The Corsair AIO water cooler worked fine, just the flimsy connectors on the block ruins it. Coolermaster's cheaper Seidon 120 is more sturdy, so after shelling out ~$100 for the Corsair that leaked, $40 on the CM product is plenty.
  8. My said mate's old S15 was spinning 2nd in the wet easy driving (pre turbo change), he never went to any EOMMs so never got a chance to crash into a fence/pole. Also, don't get lightened pulleys, otherwise this will happen: http://forums.nicoclub.com/tranny-explodes-how-does-this-happen-t352686.html#p3829877
  9. Bremaxx sounds like some Chinese rotor, probably fine for easy street driving but would expect them to start warping with decent heat pumped into them. Considering you're in Canada (big temperature swings), I'd spend a bit more and get DBA.
  10. Clock speed would probably be a big factor, but the way I see it, why try to pump 16GB through two slots when you can do it through 4? OP isn't skimping out on the motherboard so I expect full speed (whatever that is) across all four DIMM slots. Also, $300+ for PSU? I thought $150 was plenty haha. I like Anfanee's list, except I'd swap the GPU with MSi (I like their cooler) and the Corsair CPU cooler with a Gigabyte (I had a 140mm Hydro forgot-the-model and that leaked, although it was crammed into a tiny case, but still, 'loose' connectors on the block).
  11. I'd personally go 4x8GB DDR4 and MSi GTX1070 Plenty of money to spend. I spent just over a grand (excluding case) on my current setup (last gen i5 + MSI GTX 970).
  12. Threads merge. One thread per seller, as per the rules.
  13. A mate of mine had an ADM S15, put the Exedy clutch kit with single mass flywheel, no real difference in it's ability to rev. What made a difference was a disco potato and a tune.
  14. C'mon guys, the guards were meant to take 11" slicks
  15. Not surprised Mark Skaife talking about tyre pressures haha.
  16. Lol @ "best quality", you know it's cheap when a description has those two words. Also, bonnet, front bar and lower lip is not bad for $1,300 (including profit margin).
  17. I'd like to know how you can feel that the flywheel is too slow and heavy.
  18. Let the tyres move the lips for you
  19. So this is a group buy?
  20. Plenty of room. I run 275/35 18x10+20 with rolled guards and -2° camber (+6° caster) up front, I'm going to try 285/30 next time. My car isn't that low.
  21. Wasn't it more fun in the rain though? AWD + PS3 in the wet = chop the Skylines on semi's
  22. That is awesome, well done!
  23. Remove engine and install LS1.
