    Hey Jerry, welcome to As I said over PM, I don't think you can make a general statement about GTR's at 190k. I do think that they will each wear out according to their maintenance. Budgeting for an engine or gearbox when you buy a high-miler is not difficult though as they're not too expensive. That said, its over 10 years since I've had a GTR so my knowledge my be a little stale. I'll let somebody else give you a more authoritative reply.

    Welcome DES! I love go karts though never owned one myself. He does mention 100% import taxes, I'm not sure what that relates to... local market or grey imports but agree that if you are going to import surely direct from Japan would be better?

    Yeah I'd love to get a Haldex controller but thats outside the budget. A new swaybar is similar money to a lift kit anyway and will be an easier DIY. Thanks Mike!

    Anti Lift Kit for my 4Motion Bora Hi Folks, My 4Motion Bora understeers horrendously. Particularly when accelerating (ie, just left the lights, turning left). It feels shit. It has a factory rear sway bar and I can get a bigger one but now I'm wondering if a better bang-for-buck option would be to put an Anti Lift Kit in ? I've no experiences with these, I don't know how good they are but I can get a Powerflex kit for about $160. Thanks for any input.

    Doing the outer boot a few years ago was such a shit of a job. $180 is so cheap and the shaft will probably outlive the car. Thanks Ravi.

    Welcome Pelefoti! RB30 is single cam (RB30ET) but the bottom end can be used and attached to an RB25 or RB26 to make a RB25/30 hybrid. Can you share some engine bay pics?

    to Bwilk! Your car is gorgeous!! The red is so nice. Wheel arch rust is pretty common due to road salting in Japan when it snows. The rust you've shown looks pretty good to me, a rub back and spray with rustoleum or similar will probably be sufficient, but I'm no expert on these things. Christian

    Oh yes. I'm loving this. I love the OEM+ thing. Maxima brakes sound like such a good, sane, upgrade for example. Do the bushes make a big difference? I'm thinking of doing similar to my Bora. I'm looking forward to the updates.
